 PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING: R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SEC. 107.2.5 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
 SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: PROPOSED HOUSE FOOTPRINT IS BIGGER THAN EXISTING
 HOUSE. ALSO, PLANS CALL FOR FUTURE POOL EQUIPMENT.
 NEIGHBORS ON THE EAST AND SOUTH SIDES ARE GOING TO BE
 AFFECTED. SITE/DRAINAGE PLAN SUBMITTED DOESN'T SHOW ANY
 GRADE ELEVATIONS. ALSO, DRAINAGE PLAN SUBMITTED DOESN'T
 SHOW HOW TO KEEP THE SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM ADJACENT
 NEIGHBORS. PROVIDE COMPLETE DRAINAGE PLAN WITH GRADE
 ELEVATIONS.

 THAN THE EXTERIOR GRADE ELEVATION. REVISE/CLARIFY AS

 DRAFSTOPPING AND FIREBLOCKING ARE TWO DIFFERENT
 REQUIREMENTS. 2ND FLOOR FRAMING PLAN HAS A NOTE TO
 "PROVIDE DRAFSTOPPING BELOW STAIRS AT STAIR OPENING".
 FIREBLOCKING IS REQUIRED IN STAIRS CONCEALED SPACES.
 SEE SEC. R302.11 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. ON THE OTHER HAND
 DRAFSTOPPING IS ONLY REQUIRED IN FLOOR-CEILING
 ASSEMBLIES. SEE SEC. R302.12 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
