 PROPERTY. IF THIS IS NOT AN ACCESSORY DWELLING
 UNIT/GUEST HOUSE (VS. POOL CABANA) THE SCOPE OF WORK
 MUST BE CHANGED TO REFLECT CONSISTENCY WITH THE PLANS.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE FOLLOWING NOTE SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 THE PLANS: NOT AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT. NO FULL
 KITCHEN FACILITY PROVIDED.
  
 2.) A DRIVEWAY FRONTING ON EACH STREET MAY BE PROVIDED;
 HOWEVER, THE CUMULATIVE WIDTH OF ALL DRIVEWAYS ON THE
 PROPERTY CANNOT EXCEED 20 FT. IN WIDTH. THE CUMULATIVE
