 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE SCOPE OF THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE MULTIFAMILY
 BUILDING ONLY. SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL
 SITE WORK, FENCING, PARKING LOT, POOLS, HARDSCAPE,
 LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION, SIGNAGE,
  
 2. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING FROM CONVERSATIONS WITH THE
 DESIGN TEAM THAT MINOR CHANGES ARE PROPOSED TO THE SITE
 PLAN, ETC. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT,
 THE MINOR AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED
 BY THE PLANNING DIVISION. ALL CHANGES WILL BE REVIEWED
 AS PART OF THAT PROCESS. UPON APPROVAL OF THE
 AMENDMENT, ALL BUILDING PERMIT PLANS WILL NEED TO BE
 UPDATED TO PROVIDE CONSISTENCY.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 177-21, PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT, A 20-FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT SHALL
 BE GRANTED TO THE PRESIDENTIAL WAY ASSOCIATION ALONG
 THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE. UPON GRANTING OF THE EASEMENT,
 THE CITY WILL FILE A DISCLAIMER ABANDONING THE CITY?S
 INTEREST IN THE EXISTING DRAINAGE EASEMENT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT THE EASEMENT HAS BEEN
 GRANTED TO THE POA, AND THAT THE DISCLAIMER HAS BEEN
 FILED/RECORDED BY THE CITY.
  
 4. JUST A REMINDER THAT ALL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE
 BANYAN CAY RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 (RPD/CPD) SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ALL DEVELOPMENT ORDER
 CONDITIONS, DESIGN GUIDELINES, ETC., AS OUTLINED IN
 RESOLUTION NO. 177-21, AND AS MAY BE AMENDED. ALL
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED BY THE DEVELOPMENT ORDER
 SHALL BE ADDRESSED WITHIN THE APPROPRIATE SPECIFIED
 TIMEFRAMES.
