 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE STOREFRONT,
 STOREFRONT WINDOWS AND THE STOREFRONT DOOR. FBC 107.3.4
 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC 61G20-3.001 PER
 FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE
 TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS
 INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS,
 WINDOW (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR
 DOOR TYPES. ONLY ONE SET IS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED FOR
 ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.
  
 2) IF THE STOREFRONT GLAZING IS NOT IMPACT RATED SUBMIT
 THE PRODUCT SPPROVALS AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR
 THE IMPACT PROTECTION DEVICES. FBC 1609.1.2
  
 3) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROLL UP DOOR. FBC
 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC 61G20-3.001
 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 4) [ DUE TO THE OPENING MODIFICATION AND STOREFRONT
 DOORS AND WINDOWS BEING INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMITS, THE
 COST OF ALL OF THE MATERIALS, LABOR, OVERHEAD AND
 PROFIT FOR THIS PROJECT IS REQUIRED FOR THE VALUATION
 AMOUNT.] THE VALUATION STATED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 OF $2300.00 IS TOO LOW FOR THIS PROJECT. THE COSTS OF
 ALL MATERIALS, LABOR, ENGINEERING FEES, OVERHEAD AND
 PROFIT NEED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE VALUATION. BUILDING
 PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 FBC 109.3 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE
 WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 5) PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH
