 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A FA?ADE DIAGRAM TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE WITH TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENT AS MEASURED
 ACCORDING TO SEC 94-109 OF THE ZLDRS.
 7. A TURN AROUND SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE GROUND
 FLOOR DEAD END PARKING.
 8. PARKING STALLS WITH A COLUMN OR WALL LOCATED NEXT TO
 DOOR OPENING AREA SHALL BE WIDENED BY 1 FOOT.
 9. ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON ROOF SHALL BE
 CONSOLIDATED/GROUP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND SCREENED
 WITH A SCREEN AS TALL AS THE EQUIPMENT MAKING IT AN
 INTEGRAL PART OF THE OVERALL BUILDING DESIGN.
 10. SOUTH ELEVATION DOES NOT SEEM TO MATCH APPROVED
 SITE PLAN ELEVATION WITHIN THE PARKING GARAGE AREA.
 PLEASE ADJUST.
 11. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE REASON WHY THE TOP LEVEL OF THE
 PARKING GARAGE IS NOW A 12? FINISHED FLOOR TO FINISHED
 FLOOR. AMENITY DECK HEIGHT WAS REDUCED FROM 14? TO 12?
 AND THAT SEEMS TO AFFECT THE PROPORTIONS AND SEPARATION
 OF BASE AND TOWER.
 12. GROUND FLOOR WINDOW OF SOUTH END RESIDENTIAL UNIT
 HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM APPROVED. PLEASE ADJUST.
 13. SITE PLAN APPROVAL INCLUDED AN EYE BROS-CANOPY
 TURNING THE CORNER FROM NORTH FA?ADE TO EAST AT THE
 RETAIL LEVEL. PLEASE JUSTIFY WHY IT WAS REMOVED.
 14. LOADING ENTRANCE ALONG CLEARWATER DRIVE SHALL
 INCLUDE AN OPAQUE DECORATIVE GATE.
 15. LANDSCAPE DRAWINGS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THIS
 PERMIT AND SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
 16. PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE MICROMOBILITY
 STATION.
 17. SIDEWALK ELEVATION SHALL BE MAINTAINED ACROSS
 DRIVEWAY. PLEASE PROVIDE SECTIONS OR DETAILS TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE.
 18. PLEASE PROVIDE CROSS SECTION OF THE SIDEWALK LEVEL
 TO CONFIRM GRADES ARE MET.
