 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS FOR THE OPENINGS ON
 THE WEST AND SOUTH EXTERIOR WALLS -
 FBC 705.8 OPENINGS. OPENINGS IN EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 705.8.1 THROUGH 705.8.6.
 FBC 705.3 BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT.
 FOR THE PURPOSES OF DETERMINING THE REQUIRED WALL AND
 OPENING PROTECTION, PROJECTIONS AND ROOF-COVERING
 REQUIREMENTS, BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT SHALL BE
 ASSUMED TO HAVE AN IMAGINARY LINE BETWEEN THEM. WHERE A
 NEW BUILDING IS TO BE ERECTED ON THE SAME LOT AS AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, THE LOCATION OF THE ASSUMED
 IMAGINARY LINE WITH RELATION TO THE EXISTING BUILDING
 SHALL BE SUCH THAT THE EXTERIOR WALL AND OPENING
 PROTECTION OF THE EXISTING BUILDING MEET THE CRITERIA
 AS SET FORTH IN SECTIONS 705.5 AND 705.8.
 705.8 OPENINGS. OPENINGS IN EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH SECTIONS 705.8.1 THROUGH 705.8.6.
 GARAGE - 406.5.6 FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE.
 EXTERIOR WALLS AND OPENINGS IN EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH TABLES 601 AND 602. THE DISTANCE TO AN
 ADJACENT LOT LINE SHALL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH TABLE 602 AND SECTION 705.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE THE OPEN PARKING GARAGE WALL OPENING
 VENTILATION CALCULATIONS -
 406.5.2 OPENINGS.
 FOR NATURAL VENTILATION PURPOSES, THE EXTERIOR SIDE OF
 THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED OPENINGS
 ON TWO OR MORE SIDES. THE AREA OF SUCH OPENINGS IN
 EXTERIOR WALLS ON A TIER SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 20
 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL PERIMETER WALL AREA OF EACH TIER.
 THE AGGREGATE LENGTH OF THE OPENINGS CONSIDERED TO BE
 PROVIDING NATURAL VENTILATION SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 40
 PERCENT OF THE PERIMETER OF THE TIER. INTERIOR WALLS
 SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 20 PERCENT OPEN WITH UNIFORMLY
