 SOILS REPORT THERE ARE 3 OPTIONS FOR THE SOILS FOUND
 WITH PEAT. SINCE THERE IS NO CONTRACTOR ON BOARD IT IS
 ASSUMED THAT THE DESIGNER OF RECORD IS GOING TO CHOOSE
 WHICH METHOD OR OPTION IS TO BE USED IN THE
 STRENGTHENING OF THE SOILS. SHEET SO INDICATES NOTE 7
 HELICAL PILE TESTING PLEASE CIRCLE IN THE SOILS REPORT.
  
 2) AS IN THE PAST WITH AUTO ZONE ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS
 WERE SUBMITTED HAVE THE DESIGNER OF RECORD STAMP OF
 APPROVAL, BUT NONE OF THE SUB-SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN
 IDENTIFIED. PLEASE IDENTIFY IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 BEFORE SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF RECORD AND BEFORE
 SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS
 WITH GLAZING, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH &
 HEIGHT, SILL HEIGTH, TYPE OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE,
 LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED INFORMATION IF
 REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH
 OPENING SIZE. 2020 FBC-B 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION.
 WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND
 SPACING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND
 SHALL BE CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING
 USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 3) ROOFING REPORTS 2 WERE ALSO SUBMITTED. ONE FOR METAL
 ROOFING THE OTHER AN UNDERLAYMENT. THE METAL ROOF
 REPORT FL 11241-R7 HAS 6 SUB-REPORTS WITH VARYING
 METALS CONFIGURATIONS AND PRESSURES. THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD HAS A STAMP OF APPROVAL BUT HAS NOT IDENTIFIED
 WHICH SUB-SYSTEM IS TO BE INSTALLED ON THIS JOB. GAF
 SINGLE PLY ROOF SYSTEM FL 16739-R26 WAS SUBMITTED THE
 DESIGNER STAMP OF APPROVAL ON THE COVER SHEET, PAGE 1
 OF 137 TABLE 2D STEEL DECK NEW ROOF MECHANICALLY

 READ WHAT THE * MEANS. SEE PAGE 2 NOTE NUMBER 9 STATES
 THIS EXTRAPOLATION IS NOT PERMITTED FOR SYSTEMS MARKED

 4) PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY AND PROPOSED
 BUILDING ON THE LOT AND DIMENSIONS TO EACH OF THE
 PROPERTY LINES. SHEET C-04 SUBMITTED BUT NOT A PROPOSED
 SURVEY. DETERMINATION OF FIRE RESISTANCE RATING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTERIOR WALLS BASED ON FIRE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE, 2020 FBC-BUILDING SECTION 602.
  
 5A) SHEET C-04 SHOWS 30 PARKING SPACES 2 OF WHICH ARE
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. THIS DRAWING SHOWS THE
 PARKING SPACES STRIPPED WITH A SINGLE LINE. 2020
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 502.2 VEHICLE SPACES. EACH
 PARKING SPACE MUST BE AT LEAST 12 FEET WIDE, SHALL BE
 MARKED TO DEFINE THE WIDTH, AND SHALL HAVE AN ADJACENT
 ACCESS AISLE COMPLYING WITH 502.3.
 ADVISORY 502.3.3MARKING THE METHOD AND MARKING OF COLOR
 OF MARKING ARE NOT SPECIFIED BY THESE REQUIREMENTS BUT

 ACCESS AISLES SHALL BE AT THE SAME LEVEL AS THE PARKING
 SPACES THEY SERVE. CHANGES IN LEVEL ARE NOT PERMITTED.
 EXCEPTION: SLOPES NOT GREATER THAN 1:48 SHALL BE
 PERMITTED.
  
 6) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET SHOWS SHELVING UNITS 90 INCHES
 IN HEIGHT AND 114 INCHES IN HEIGHT. THERE IS ALSO A
 NOTE THE MAXIMUM SHELVING UNIT HEIGHT IS 144 INCHES.
 SHELVING UNITS THAT ARE OVER 60 INCHES IN HEIGHT
 REQUIRE A SPERATE PERMIT AND REVIEW. 2020 W. P. B.
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTION 105.2 (6). THE SHELVING CAN
 BE REVIEWED UNDER THIS SET OF PLANS A SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND FEES ARE REQUIRED.
  
 7) PLEASE PROVIDE WHERE I CAN FIND THE STEEL FOR THE
 TOP BOND BEAM. SHEET S1 DOES SHOW STEEL RE-INFORCEMENT
 OVER THE LINTELS BUT NOT IN THE BOND BEAM? 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. THIS SAME SHEET
 PROVIDES THE VERTICAL BAR SIZE AND SPACING.
  
 8) SHEET S-2 SHOWS THE BAR JOIST SPACING AND REQUIRED
 ADDITIONAL STEEL FOR RTU AND ROOF HATCH OPENINGS WITHIN
 THE ROOF FRAMING SYSTEM. WELDED OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS
 THIS BUILDING CONTAINS EITHER BOLTED AND OR WELDED
 CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD
 PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE
 QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED
 STANDARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON
 THE JOB-SITE WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL

 FOR ALL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS, FANS OR A/C STANDS,
 AND OR VENTS, DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING &
 DECK AS WELL AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE
 EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
  
 2020 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
