 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE THE FURNITURE
 LAYOUT FOR THE ROOM 104 THE CONFERENCE ROOM NOR THE
 DIMENSIONS TO DETERMINE THE OCCUPANT LOAD. SHEET G1-1
 AREA OF WORK SHOWS THE SQ. FT. OF AREA PER ROOM BUT NOT
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD, NOR THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR. 2020
 FBC-BUILDING TABLE 1005.4.
  
 2) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE THE FURNITURE

 THE MOST RESTRICTIVE USE THE OCCUPANT LOAD WOULD BE
 OVER 50 REQUIRING THE DOORS TO SWING IN THE DIRECTION
 OF EXIT TRAVEL. 1010.1.2.1.
  
 2A) MEETING ROOMS 110A & 100B THE COMBINED OCCUPANT
 LOADS OF BOTH ROOMS IS OVER 30 WHICH WOULD REQUIRE THE
 CORRIDOR OUTSIDE ROOM 110 A TO BE A 1 HOUR FIRE RATED
 CORRIDOR. WHEN YOU TAKE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF ROOM 110A
 AND THE ROOMS 121 PREP AREA, STORAGE 119, MECH. 118,
 STORAGE 117 AND DISHWASHING ROOM 121 THE TOTAL AREA,
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS OVER 30 REQUIRING A FIRE RATED
 CORRIDOR, THE OTHER ISSUE IS YOU CAN NOT EXIT THROUGH A
 KITCHEN SUPPLY ROOMS OR AREAS USED FOR SIMILAR
 PURPOSES. SEE SECTION 1016.2.5.
  
 2B) MEETING ROOM 110A AND PREP AREA, KITCHEN SHOW
 EXITING THROUGH TO THE SERVICE YARD 120, YOU CAN NOT
 EXIT THROUGH A KITCHEN SUPPLY ROOMS OR AREAS USED FOR
 SIMILAR PURPOSES. SEE SECTION 1016.2.5.
  
 2C) MEETING ROOM 110A PLEASE SHOW PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE
 RESTROOMS. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2D) WILL THIS BANQUET HALL EVER BE RENTED OUT? WILL THE
 BUILDING EVER BE RENTED TO MORE THAN ONE PARTY AT THE
 SAME TIME, ANOTHER WORDS MULTIPLE MEETING AND OR
 PARTIES BY DIFFERENT PEOPLE?

 LAYOUT FOR THE ROOM 108 THE BAR ROOM THE PLAN INDICATES
 AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 35. SHEET G1-1 AREA OF WORK SHOWS
 THE SQ. FT. OF AREA PER ROOM AT 756 SQ. FT. AND
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF 35. THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR IS NOT
 GIVEN PER 2020 FBC-BUILDING TABLE 1005.4.
 PLEASE NOTE ROOM 108 (BAR) SHOULD HAVE THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD BROKEN UP TO BAR TAKEN AT 5 SQ. FT. STANDING /
 OCCUPANT, 15 SQ. FT. TABLE AND CHAIRS & BACK OF BAR @
 200. IF THE OCCUPANT LOAD, THEN IS 50 AND OVER THE 2
 EGRESS DOORS WILL NEED TO ALSO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2020 FBC-BUILDING SECTION 1010.1.2.1 WHEN THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD WOULD BE 50 OR MORE THE DOORS TO SWING IN THE
 DIRECTION OF EXIT TRAVEL. PLEASE SHOW 2 MEANS OF
 EGRESS.
  
 3A) PLEASE NOTE THE BANQUET HALL ROOM 107 NO WORK
 OCCURRING AS SHOWN. ASSUMING DOOR 107A THE DOOR SET IS
 72 INCHES WIDE YOU CAN NOT TAKE 360 OCCUPANT LOAD. YOU
 MUST TAKE THE REDUCED OPENING OF 70 INCHES DOOR STOPS
 DOORS SWING 180 DEGREES GIVING YOU A OCCUPANT LOAD OF
 340. THE SAME WITH DOOR 107B A REDUCED OPENING OF 34
 INCHES AND OCCUPANT LOAD OF 170. EVEN THOUGH NO WORK IS
 SHOWN FOR THIS ROOM IF THE DOUBLE DOORS 107A CAN NOT BE
 USED (FIRE) PART OF THE OCCUPANT LOAD WOULD NEED TO BE
 DIRECTED TO THE FRONT ENTRY DOORS. THE ISSUE WOULD BE
 DOOR 101 WOULD NEED TO BE IN THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS
 TRAVEL. THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR 101 IS SHOWN ON THIS PLAN
 AS THE ENTRY LOBBY. 2020 FBC-B 1005.5.
  
 3B) DOOR 101 WILL NEED TO SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF
 EGRESS TRAVEL TOWARD THE FRONT ENTRANCE. 2020
 FBC-BUILDING SECTION 1010.1.2.1 WHEN THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 WOULD BE 50 OR MORE THE DOORS TO SWING IN THE DIRECTION
 OF EXIT TRAVEL.
 3C) THE RECONFIGURATION OF CORRIDOR 101 WITH AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF OVER 30 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY REQUIRES
 THE CORRIDOR AND OPENING PROTECTIVES TO BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE TABLE
 1020.1, SECTION 1020.1 CONSTRUCTION AND TABLE 716.5.
  
 3D) THE RECONFIGURATION OF CORRIDOR 101 WITH AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF OVER 30 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY REQUIRES
 THE CORRIDOR TO BE 1-HOUR FIRE RATED AS PER SECTION &
 TABLE 1020.1. SHEET M2-0 DOES NOT SHOW FIRE DAMPERS IN
 EITHER THE WALLS OR CEILING. SEE SECTION 1020.5 AIR
 MOVEMENT IN CORRIDORS, ALSO SECTION 717.5.4.1
 CORRIDORS.
  
 4) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET DOES NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 3A) 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE
 CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE
 SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING
 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 4B) 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED
 THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING
 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES.
  
 4C) 206.2.5 206.2.5 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS. IN
 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS, AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL
 BE PROVIDED TO ALL DINING AREAS, BARS, INCLUDING RAISED
 OR SUNKEN DINING AREAS, AND OUTDOOR DINING AREAS.
  
 4D) 902.1. DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND 902.3. ADVISORY 902.1 GENERAL.
 DINING SURFACES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, BARS,
 TABLES, LUNCH COUNTERS, AND BOOTHS. EXAMPLES OF WORK
 SURFACES INCLUDE WRITING SURFACES, STUDY CARRELS,
 STUDENT LABORATORY STATIONS, BABY CHANGING AND OTHER
 TABLES OR FIXTURES FOR PERSONAL GROOMING, COUPON
 COUNTERS, AND WHERE COVERED BY THE ADA SCOPING
 PROVISIONS, EMPLOYEE WORKSTATIONS.
  
 4E)(1) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 4E)(2) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 5) SHEET A1.1 INDICATES THERE IS TO BE A NEW
 RETRACTABLE WALL MOUNTED STAGE, REFER TO STRUCTURAL
 DRAWINGS? WHERE. PLEASE PROVIDE FOR THE RETRACTABLE
 STAGE HOW VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY IS GOING TO BE
 ACHIEVED. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY SECTION 201.1.1 VERTICAL
 ACCESSIBILITY.
