 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) I SAW AN INDEX PAGE FOR THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS.
 HOWEVER, I DID NOT SEE A REVISED INDEX PAGE WITH THE
 PLAN SHEETS AND THE REVISIONS OF EACH SHEET LISTED FOR
 THE ARCHITECTURAL, LIFE SAFETY OR MEP PLANS. FBC
 107.2.1
  
 2) SPECIFY THE WIND PRESSURES FOR THE ROOF TOP
 GENERATOR FOR THE PENTHOUSE. PROVIDE ANCHORING DETAILS
 AND CALCULATIONS FOR THE GENERATOR TO SHOW THAT IT WILL
 RESIST THE WINDLOAD PRESSURES. FBC 107.2.1.2
  
 3) SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS WITH THE
 WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS FOR THE PENTHOUSE GENERATOR. FBC

 4) CLEARLY SHOW THAT THE GENERATOR'S EXHAUST IS TEN
 FEET FROM ANY OPENINGS INTO THE BUILDING. R303.5.1
 INTAKE OPENINGS. MECHANICAL AND GRAVITY OUTDOOR AIR
 INTAKE OPENINGS SHALL BE LOCATED NOT LESS THAN 10 FEET
 (3048 MM) FROM ANY HAZARDOUS OR NOXIOUS CONTAMINANT,
 SUCH AS VENTS, CHIMNEYS, PLUMBING VENTS, STREETS,
 ALLEYS, PARKING LOTS AND LOADING DOCKS.
  
 5) ON SHEET A-790 DETAIL 1, THE UNIT A KITCHEN FLOOR
 PLAN HAS A DIMENSION OF LESS THAN THE REQUIRED 40"
 CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE ISLAND AND THE OPPOSING FEATURES
 REQUIRED BY THE FAIR HOUSING GUIDELINES. (3' 2-3/8")
  
 6) ON SHEET A-792 DETAIL 2, THE UNIT F KITCHEN FLOOR
 PLAN HAS A DIMENSION OF LESS THAN THE REQUIRED 40"
 CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE ISLAND AND THE OPPOSING FEATURES
 REQUIRED BY THE FAIR HOUSING GUIDELINES. (3' 3-1/2")
  
 7) THERE WERE SOME REVISED PAGES THAT DID NOT APPEAR ON
 YOUR NARRATIVE, SUCH AS SHEETS A-137, A-138 AND A-139.
 THERE WERE ALSO SOME SHEETS ON THE NARRATIVE THAT I
 COULD NOT FIND IN THE REVISED PLANS SUCH AS G-9 AND
 G-10. FBC 107.2.1
  
 8) PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH
