 1) THE CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS
 REQUIRED ON THE PLANS. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PROVIDE A
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT WHICH APPROVES
 THE SPECIFIC PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PERMIT.
  
 ARCADE IDENTITY SIGN TYPE 1D - STOREFRONT TYPE 1
  
 2) THE PROPOSED SIGN IS USING OPTION D ? SIGN MOUNTED
 TO RACEWAYS SPANNING THE VERTICAL COLUMNS.
  
 A. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PROHIBIT
 ARCADE IDENTITY SIGNS FROM EXTENDING PAST THE WIDTH OF
 THE ARCADE OPENING.
  
 B. OPTION D ONLY PERMITS LETTERS TO BE MOUNTED TO THE
 RACEWAY, NOT MOUNTED TO A BACKER PANEL THAT IS MOUNTED
 TO A RACEWAY. NOTE: LETTERS MOUNTED TO A BACKER PANEL
 ARE ONLY PERMITTED AS OPTION C, WHICH REQUIRES THE
 PANEL TO BE MOUNTED TO SUPPORTS SUSPENDED FROM TOP OF
 THE ARCADE OPENING.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE SIGN AREA INCLUDE ALL ELEMENTS OF THE SIGN, TO
 INCLUDE THE BACKER PANEL. PROVIDE THE FULL VERTICAL
 DIMENSION OF THE SIGN.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT REVERSE CHANNEL LETTERS ARE FABRICATED OUT OF
 ALUMINUM WITH A MINIMUM METAL THICKNESS OF .060 INCHES.
 THE RETURNS DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA DO NOT
 SPECIFICALLY PERMIT LEXAN AS A SIGN MATERIAL;
 THEREFORE, THIS USE OF ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS ON THE
 SIGN REQUIRES A WAIVER I WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM
 CITYPLACE RETAIL TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT.
  
 6) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT RIVETS, SCREWS AND OTHER FASTENERS THAT EXTEND TO
 VISIBLE SURFACES SHALL BE FLUSH, FILLED AND FINISHED SO
 AS TO BE UNNOTICEABLE. THE BOLT ENDS/NUTS THAT EXTEND
 PAST THE BACKER PANEL DO NOT MEET THIS STANDARD. IF THE
 BOLT ENDS/NUTS MUST EXTEND PAST THE BACKER PANEL, THEY
 NEED TO BE CONCEALED BY CAPS MATCHING THE COLOR OF THE
 MOUNTING PLATE.
  
 7) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT A
 MAXIMUM LETTER HEIGHT OF 18 INCHES FOR A ARCADE
 IDENTITY SIGN. PROVIDE THE FULL DIMENSION OF THE "T"
 AND THE "G" ("G" DIMENSION PROVIDED DOES NOT CLEARLY
 SHOW THE FULL HEIGHT).
  
 8) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE ALL
 CONDUIT, RACEWAYS, WIRING, BALLAST BOXES, TRANSFORMERS,
 JUNCTION BOXES, BELL BOXES, POWER SUPPLY AND OTHER
 EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SIGN CONNECTION SHALL BE
 CONCEALED AND NOT VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC. NOTE: EXPOSED
 CONDUIT, EVEN IF PAINTED, ATTACHED TO THE COLUMN AND
 INSIDE OF THE FASCIA DOES NOT MATCH THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 PERMITTED SIGN SIZE: 30.3 SF
 PROPOSED SIGN SIZE: UNKNOWN
  
 BLADE SIGN
  
 9) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT BLADE SIGNS BE MOUNTED WITHIN THE TENANT'S LEASE
 LINE. THE ELEVATION DRAWING SHOWS THE BLADE SIGN
 OUTSIDE OF THE SWEETGREEN LEASE LINE.
  
 10) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA LIMIT THE
 SIGN COPY TO TRADE NAMES ONLY. THE USE OF THE LOGO "SG"
 IS ONLY PERMITTED AS A WAIVER I. A WAIVER I REQUIRES
 WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL.
  
 11) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE SIGN COPY AREA SHALL MAINTAIN A MARGIN AT
 LEAST THREE (3) INCHES FROM ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED
 SIGN AREA. PROVIDE VERTICAL DIMENSION FROM EITHER SIDE
 OF THE LETTERS TO THE EDGE OF THE SIGN FACE THAT
 VERIFIES THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 12) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE DEDICATED PRIMARY
 SIGN CIRCUIT AND DISCONNECT ARE BEHIND THE WALL WITHIN
 THE STORE AND THE WIRING FROM THOSE TO THE SIGN WILL BE
 THROUGH THE WALL TO THE INTERNAL POWER SUPPLY AND NOT
 VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ROSEMARY
 SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA. THIS MAY BE DONE AS A NOTE
 ON THE PLANS.
