 1) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOF COVERING
 MATERIALS THAT HEVE BEEN APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. FBC AMENDMENTS 107.3.4 - PROVIDE
 TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH
 ARE REGULATED BY FAC 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE
 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES
 FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW
 (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR
 TYPES. THESE ITEMS CAN BE DEFERRED IF REQUESTED,
 HOWEVER, THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED
 BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THEY CAN BE
 INSTALLED. ONLY ONE SET IS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED FOR
 ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.
  
 2) SUBMIT THE EVALUATION REPORT FOR THE SPRAY FOAM
 INSULATION THAT WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE UN-VENTED
 ATTIC. FBC AMENDMENTS 107.2.1
  
 3) SPECIFY THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF THE ATTIC ACCESS ON
 THE PLANS. FBC-R807.1
  
 4) THE ROOF SHEATHING FASTENING SCHEDULE ON SHEET 4
 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FBC-R803.2.3.1. THE FASTENING
 SPACING REQUIREMENTS FOR A WIND SPEED OF 170 MPH IN
 EXPOSURE C WITH TRUSSES 24 INCHES O.C. AND A SPECIFIC
 GRAVITY OF 0.49 IS 4" O.C. AT THE EDGES AND IN THE
 FIELD OF THE PLYWOOD PANEL IN ROOF ZONES 2 & 3. THE
 SPACING CAN BE 6" O.C. AT THE EDGES AND THE FIELD OF
 THE PANELS THAT ARE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF 4 FEET FROM
 THE PERIMETER EDGE OF THE ROOF, INCLUDING 4 FEET ON
 EACH SIDE OF RIDGES AND HIPS.
  
 5) ON SHEET 3 THE BATHROOM WINDOW (W6) IS MARKED AS
 MEETING EGRESS IN THE WINDOW SCHEDULE. PLEASE CORRECT.
