 LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY ACCESSIBLE
 LOCATION. WHERE LOCATED IN A WALL, THE OPENING SHALL BE
 NOT LESS THAN 22 INCHES WIDE BY 30 INCHES HIGH (559 MM
 WIDE BY 762 MM HIGH). WHERE THE ACCESS IS LOCATED IN A
 CEILING, MINIMUM UNOBSTRUCTED HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC
 SPACE SHALL BE 30 INCHES (762 MM) AT SOME POINT ABOVE
 THE ACCESS MEASURED VERTICALLY FROM THE BOTTOM OF
 CEILING FRAMING MEMBERS. SEE SECTION M1305.1.3 FOR
 ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS
 LOCATED IN ATTICS.
 - PLEASE SHOW ATTIC ACCESS LOCATION ON PLANS
  
 2. 311.3 FBC[R] FLOORS AND LANDINGS AT EXTERIOR DOORS.
 THERE SHALL BE A LANDING OR FLOOR ON EACH SIDE OF EACH
 EXTERIOR DOOR. THE WIDTH OF EACH LANDING SHALL BE NOT
 LESS THAN THE DOOR SERVED. EVERY LANDING SHALL HAVE A
 DIMENSION OF NOT LESS THAN 36 INCHES (914 MM) MEASURED
 IN THE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL. THE SLOPE AT EXTERIOR
 LANDINGS SHALL NOT EXCEED 1/4 UNIT VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS
 HORIZONTAL (2 PERCENT).
 - PROVIDE LANDING AT EXTERIOR SIDE OF DOOR IF GREATER
 THAN 2 RISERS PROVIDED.
  
 3. 318 FBC[R] INDICATE THE MEANS OF TERMITE PROTECTION
 PROPOSED AND REFERENCE SECTION R308 FOR STANDARDS.
  
 4. 401.2 FBC[RE] PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS TO MEET
 REQUIREMENTS IN R401.2 RESIDENTIAL ENERGY CODE. CHOOSE
 METHOD IN R401.2 AND SUPPLY DOCUMENTATION.
 - PLEASE SUPPLY ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE NEWLY
