 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A-1 PROJECT DATA:
 1A) LIST THE OCCUPANCY AS BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. PLEASE
 NOTE THIS IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, FORMERLY STORAGE
 OCCUPANCY. THE PROJECT DATA LIST THE OCCUPANCY TYPE AS
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. BUSINESS OCCUPANCIES ARE USUALLY
 OFFICES FOR PROFESSIONALS OR SERVICE TYPES
 TRANSACTIONS, IT CAN BE ARGUED THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS
 MERCANTILE SINCE THERE IS A LARGE AREA VACANT BUT
 INDICATES COUNTER AREA. NEITHER THE
 A-1 SHEET NOR THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET REALLY DEFINE THE
 OPEN SALES AREA WELL. 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION

 FOOTAGE OF THE AREA UNDERGOING THE CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY?107. 2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS

 1C) THE OCCUPANT LOAD DECLARED IS USING THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD FACTOR OF 100 SQ. FT./ OCCUPANT SUPPOSED BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY. PLEASE REVIEW THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE
 TABLE 1004.5, THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR FOR A BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY IS CURRENTLY 150 SQ. FT./ OCCUPANT. NOTE FOR
 MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR IS 60 SQ.
 FT./ OCCUPANT TABLE 1004.5 OF THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING

 1D) THE PLUMBING FIXTURE COUNT IS GOING TO VARY
 DEPENDING ON THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION. FOR THIS
 REVIEW A MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY WILL BE FIGURED SIMILAR
 TO AUTO ZONE WHERE THERE ARE MERCANTILE SHELVING RACKS
 IN THE FRONT PORTION, SALES /TRANSACTION COUNTERS AND
 WAREHOUSE SECTION BEHIND THE COUNTERS. THE PROPOSED
 TENANT IS CITY ELECTRIC SUPPLY.
  
 1E) ENGINEERING DATA LIST THE OCCUPANCY TYPE AS R3,
 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 1F) THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A BACK-WALL DIMENSION OF
 7FEET. CLEARANCES AT WATER CLOSETS. 604.3 CLEARANCE.
 CLEARANCES AROUND THE WATER CLOSETS AND IN TOILET
 COMPARTMENTS SHALL COMPLY WITH 604.3.
 604.3.1. SIZE. CLEARANCE AROUND A WATER CLOSET SHALL BE
 60 INCHES MINIMUM MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM THE SIDE
 WALL AND 56 INCHES MINIMUM PERPENDICULAR FROM THE REAR
 WALL. NOTE THE MINIMUM BACK WALL MEASUREMENT SHOULD BE
 7-FOOT 1 INCH (FINISHES MAY ENCROACH) ON THE FINISH

 OCCUPANTS. PLEASE CORRECT, SEE THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING
 CODE TABLE 1006.2.1 B OCCUPANCY WITH ONE EXIT OR EXIT
 ACCESS DOORWAY MAXIMUM OCCUPANT LOAD OF SPACE 49
 OCCUPANTS.

 DIMENSIONED FROM CENTERLINE TO THE FINISH FLOOR. 2020
