 NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. ADDITIONALLY, WHAT IS THE NAME OF
 THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT? THE SIGN DETAIL INDICATES
 "CAMELLIA HEIGHTS APARTMENTS" WHEREAS THE NAME OF THE
 PROJECT IS CALLED "CHRISTIAN MANOR"]
  
 2.) ONLY ONE LOW FREESTANDING RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
 PERMANENT IDENTIFICATION SIGN IS PERMITTED. THE SIGN
 MUST COMPLY WITH THE DIMENSIONAL AND SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS OF ZLDR 94-407(2). ADDITIONALLY, THE
 FREESTANDING SIGN CANNOT EXCEED A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 4

 PREVIOUS COMMENTS, ONLY ONE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
 PERMANENT IDENTIFICATION SIGN IS PERMITTED FOR THE
 DEVELOPMENT. ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY AND STREET VIEW OF
 THE PROPERTY, THERE IS ANOTHER SIGN(S) LOCATED ALONG
 EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE ON THE SITE WALL. PLEASE CLARIFY
 IF THE SIGNAGE ON THE EXISTING SITE WALLS ARE TO BE
 REMOVED FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). ADDITIONALLY, THE SIGN
 DETAIL PROVIDED IN THE SIGNAGE INFORMATION IS NOT
