 4. A TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT LISTING
 ALL TDM INITIATIVES REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT SHALL BE
 APPROVED BY THE CITY BEFORE FINAL CO.
 5. PROJECT SHALL OBTAIN LEED SILVER CERTIFICATION.
 6. APPLICANT SHALL OBTAIN FDOT APPROVAL FOR ALL
 PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ON FDOT ROW ACCORDING WITH THE
 SITE PLAN.
 7. PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLATTED BEFORE FINAL CO.
 8. FINAL LOCATION OF THE TENDER HOUSE PARKING SHALL BE
 APPROVED BY THE CITY.
 9. PAYMENT FOR THE PARKING ABOVE MINIMUM ALLOWED IS
 REQUIRED (60 SPACES*862=$51,720 PER YEAR) .
