 6. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE DIAGRAM SHOWING OPEN/
 ENCLOSED AREA IN THE GARAGE (SHEET LS-001) WILL IMPACT
 THE LOCATION OF THE GREEN SCREEN WITH PLANT MATERIAL
 PROPOSED FOR THE GARAGE.
 7. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE TWO SPACES NORTH OF THE RAMP
 ON THE 2ND FLOOR WORK. THEY DON'T SEEM TO HAVE A DRIVE
 AISLE.
 8. PLEASE DIMENSION THE PARKING GARAGE TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE WITH DRIVE AISLE WIDTH AND PARKING SPACE
 WIDTH AND LENGHT.
 9. PLEASE REMOVE WHEEL STOPS FROM THE TANDEM PARKING
 SPACES.
 10. PLEASE INLCUDE CALL OUT MATERIALS ON FACADE
 DRAWINGS.
 11. AMOUNT OF LOVERS INCLUDED AT THE GROUND LEVEL
 DIFFERS FROM THE DAC APPROVAL. DAC APPROVAL INCLUDED
 SPANDREL GLASS TO HIDE UTILITY ROOM OR NON-ACIVE
 USES.PLEASE ADJUST OR JUSTIFY CHANGE.
 13. SECTIONS IN SHEET A-250, A-251 AND A-252 SHALL
 INCLUDE THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION, PLANTING AREA AND
 TRAVEL LANES.
 14. DAC APPROVAL INCLUDED A STEP DOWN DESIGN FOR THE
 RESTAURANT PATIO. PROPPOSED DESIGN IS A SINGLE LEVEL
 LOCATED 3'-6" ABOVE THE PARK LEVEL, BREAKING THE
 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE RESTAURANT OUTDOOR DINING AND
 THE PARK ORIGINALLY PROPOSED.
 15. PLEASE PROVIDE SPEC DETAILS FOR FIXTURE ELC AND
 ELC2 SPECIFIED AS THE STREET FIXTURE (NOT LISTED IN
 SHEET E-330) . FURTHER DISCUSSION NEEDED REGARDING THE
 FIXTURES AND POLES TO MATCH SURROUNDING.
 16. PLEASE PROVIDE GENERAL PROJECT DATA INFORMATION ON
 THE SITE PLAN SHEET, INCLUDING SITE AREA, ALLOWABLE
 GBA, PROPOSED GBA FOR OFFICE, RESTAURAN + CHUCH,
 PARKING SPACES REQUIRED/PROVIDED PER NET AREA, BIKE
 PARKIGN REQUIRED/PROVIDED.
 17. PLEASE SUBMIT ZONING SUPPORTING INFORMATION TO
 CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS, MAX BUILDING
 FOOTPRINT, PLANAR BREAKS ETC (AS INCLUDED IN SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL).
 18. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 INCLUDING ALL CALCULATIONS TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH
 PUBLIC AND PRIVATE OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS.
 19. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAIL INFORMATION REGARDING THE
 GREEN LIVING SCREEN PROPOSED FOR THE PARKING GARAGE.
 20. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING COMPLIANCE
 WITH REQUIRED TDMS FOR THE OBD.
 21.PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM THE PROJECT IS
 CONDUCTING THE PROCESS FOR LEED GOLD CERTIFICATION
 REQUIRED FOR THE OBD INCENTIVE.
 22. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPOSED
 PEDESTRIAN CROSSING ENHANCEMENTS AT THE PROJECT
 CORNERS.
 23. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM APPROVAL FROM
