 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) T1-0 CODE DATA: PROVIDE ON THE PLAN A LIST OF
 CURRENT FLORIDA CODES AND STANDARDS USED IN THE DESIGN
 OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTERATIONS TO PUBLIC
 SPACES AND BATHROOMS SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FBC-2020 7TH EDITION ACCESSIBILITY CODE. ALTERATIONS TO
 DWELLING UNITS IN MULTI-FAMILY BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED
 UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN MANUAL SHALL BE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN MANUAL. IN THIS CASE THE
 BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 1972 WHICH PRECEDED THE
 MARCH 13, 1991 DATE WHEN THE FHDA CONSTRUCTION
 REQUIREMENTS FOR MULTIFAMILY BUILDINGS WENT INTO
 EFFECT. THE CURRENT PLANS PROVIDE NO INFORMATION OR
 GUIDANCE AS TO WHICH CODES SHOULD BE APPLIED. BASED ON
 THE DRAWINGS THE ALTERATIONS TO THE DWELLING UNITS WILL
 BE REVIEWED USING THE FAIR HOUSING DESIGN ACT MANUAL.
  
 2) T1-0: PLEASE PROVIDE A NUMBERED MASTER LIST OF
 DWELLING UNITS PER FLOOR THAT ARE BEING RENOVATED FOR
 INCREASED ACCESSIBILITY. PLEASE NUMBER EACH OF THE
 APARTMENTS ON THE PLUMBING OR ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLAN
 DRAWINGS SO THEY CORRELATE WITH THE LIST AND CLARIFY
 HOW THE NUMBER OF APARTMENTS WERE DETERMINED- ACCORDING
 TO WHICH STANDARD OR WHICH SECTION OF THE FAIR HOUSING
 DESIGN ACT MANUAL.
  
 3) T1-0: PLEASE REFER TO PAGE 7 OF THE INTRODUCTION TO
 THE FAIR HOUSING DESIGN ACT MANUAL: THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD SHALL INDICATE ON THE PLANS
 WHICH OF THE TWO BATHROOM TYPES IS THE BASIS OF DESIGN-
 SPECIFICATION TYPE A OR B ON THE PLANS. PLEASE REFER TO
 PAGES 7.34- 7.39 OF THE DESIGN MANUAL FOR EXPLANATORY
 INFORMATION ON SPECIFICATION A & B AND SHOW COMPLIANCE.
 A COMPLETE AND ACCURATE REVIEW OF THE PROJECT CANNOT BE
 COMPLETED WITHOUT THE TYPE A OR B DESIGNATION.
  
 4) A0.3, A0.4, A1.1, A1.2: AS NOTED IN COMMENT #3 ABOVE
 PLEASE DESIGNATE TYPE A OR B AS THE BASIS OF DESIGN ON
 THE FLOOR PLANS.
  
 5) A1.1 & A1.2: PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAMS SHOWN ON THE PLANS IN FOR THE
 KITCHEN SINKS AND APPLIANCES, WATER CLOSETS, LAVATORIES
 AND VANITIES, BATHTUBS, AND SHOWERS- SEE PAGES 7.1-
 7.59 OF THE MANUAL.

 TYPE A HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR THE BATHROOMS. PLEASE
 REFER TO PAGE 7.53- SPECIFICATION A- DIAGRAM 1 AND
 CONFIRM THIS IS THE CHOSEN DESIGN. PROVIDE THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAMS AT THE
 BATHTUB AND LAVATORIES.
  
 7) A7.1: REFER TO COMMENT #1 AND PROVIDE CODE
 COMPLIANCE DATA NOTES ON THE PLAN- SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
 IT APPEARS SOME OF THE DETAILS ON THE SHEET ARE DERIVED
 FROM ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003, AND SOME FROM THE FAIR

 29) SHEET L-5: THE IRRIGATION PLANS ARE PROVIDING NOTES
 ONLY AND NO ALTERATION DRAWINGS AND DETAILS. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE PLANS AND DETAILS INCLUDING LOCATIONS OF NEW
 AND ALTERED PIPING AND CONTROLS, AND INCLUDE EQUIPMENT
