 1.) DRIVEWAY MODIFICATION (AS SPECIFIED IN THE PLANS)
 SHALL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMIT SUBMISSION PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF SWIMMING POOL FINAL CERTIFICATE OF
 COMPLETION. DRIVEWAY MUST BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 3 FT.
 FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE AND WIDTH OF DRIVEWAY
 CANNOT EXCEED 20 FT. AT THE PROPERTY LINE PER THE
 ZONING CODE. A HOLD HAS BEEN PLACED TO ENSURE THAT THE
 REQUIRED PARKING IS MAINTAINED.
  
 2.) PROPOSED 6 FT. HIGH FENCE/GATE SHALL BE SETBACK A
 MINIMUM OF 25 FT. FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE (UPLAND
 RD.). A MAX. 4 FT. HIGH FENCE IS OK WITHIN THE FIRST 25
 FT. OF THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE (UPLAND RD.).
