 BUILDING. SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE.

 ON PAGE 17 OF 18 DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR
 ALL ROOF ZONES. SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NEED TO
 PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA.
  
 (C)PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW COMPLYING WITH
 THE NEW 2020 CODE REQUIREMENT FOR ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT.

 NOTE: CLEARLY SPECIFY WHICH METHOD OF SEC. R905.1.1.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL IS GOING TO BE USED. AND PROVIDE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY F.A.C. 61G20-3.001
  
 (3)- DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD TO SPECIFY ROOF
 SHEATHING NAIL TYPE, SIZE AND SPACING AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R803.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: SPECIFICATIONS SUBMITTED ARE INCORRECT.
  
 (4)- WINDOW REPLACEMENT: SPECIFY SIZE AND TYPE OF
 EXISTING WINDOW AND SIZE AND TYPE OF PROPOSED WINDOWS
 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE BEDROOM EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 702.5 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 (5)-PROVIDE ALL THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SPECIFY THE ULTIMATE AND
 NOMINAL WIND LOAD, BUILDING EXPOSURE, BUILDING MEAN
 ROOF HEIGHT. ALSO, SPECIFY THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING
 DESIGN PRESSURES FOR DOORS AND WINDOWS.
 NOTE: INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS INCORRECT.
  
 (6)- SHUTTERS PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED: NEED TO
 PROVIDE SHUTTERS COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AS
 REQUIRED BY CITY IMPLEMENTATION STANDARD FOR WIND-BORNE
 DEBRIS IMPACT PROTECTION FOR THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
