| | IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO THIS REVIEWER AS NEITHER OF YOU |
| | HAVE CONTROL OF THE USE OF THESE AREAS. |
| | THIS BUILDING IS A 25 STORY BUILDING OF CONDO?S TO BE |
| | SOLD. THE OWNER?S OF THESE CONDO?S WILL HAVE FRIENDS |
| | AND FAMILY OVER. THIS WILL EFFECT THE OCCUPANT COUNT OF |
| | THESE AREAS. IN THE ENGINEER?S LETTER THE FURNITURE IS |
| | BEING CALLED PERMANENT. I SEE NO WAY OF CALLING THE |
| | FURNITURE PERMANENT AS IT IS NOT SECURED IN PLACE AND |
| | COULD BE MOVED OR ADDED TO. AGAIN THE ARCHITECT OR |
| | ENGINEER HAS NO CONTROL OF THIS BUILDING AND HOW THE |
| | FURNITURE WILL BE MAINTAINED. |
| | THE LOUNGE AREAS SHOW FURNITURE DESIGNS MUCH LIKE YOU |
| | COULD FIND IN A RESIDENCE. THIS TYPE OF FURNITURE DOES |
| | WEAR OUT AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED AT SOME POINT. |
| | THERE IS ROOM IN EACH OF THESE AREAS TO INSTALL MORE |
| | FURNITURE, MORE FURNITURE EQUALS MORE PEOPLE. THERE ARE |
| | AREAS IN EACH SPACE WHERE OCCUPANTS COULD STAND. |
