 1) PROVISO: PRIOR TO 1ST INSPECTION - ALL PLANS MUST
 SHOW CONSISTENT, CODE COMPLIANT LAYOUTS. SHEETS A102,
 A103 AND A104, AND THE ASSOCIATED ENLARGED FLOOR PLANS
 (EXCEPT SHEET A403B), MATCH THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART
 OF THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT; HOWEVER, NONE OF THE
 OTHER PLAN SHEETS FOR LEVELS 3, 4 OR 5 MATCH THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT APPROVED PLANS. THESE INCLUDE THE REFLECTED
 CEILING PLANS, THE DEMISING PLANS, THE PLUMBING PLANS,
 ELECTRICAL PLANS, SHEET A450 THE POOL DECK PLAN, SHEET
 A403B ENLARGED LEVEL 3 FLOOR PLAN - AREA B, THE FRAMING
 PLANS, THE REINFORCING PLANS AND THE LIFE SAFETY PLANS.
 PRIOR TO THE 1ST INSPECTION FOR WORK SHOWN ON THIS
 PERMIT, YOU MUST EITHER:
  
 A) SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PERMIT, WITH PLANS THAT VERIFY
 THE REDUCED PLANTER AREAS ON LEVELS 3 4 AND 5 STILL
 MEET THE OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS, TO INCLUDE VEGETATED
 AREA. OR
 B) SUBMIT REVISED REFLECTED CEILING PLANS, THE DEMISING
 PLANS, THE PLUMBING PLANS, ELECTRICAL PLANS, SHEET A450
 THE POOL DECK PLAN, SHEET A403B ENLARGED LEVEL 3 FLOOR
 PLAN - AREA B, THE FRAMING PLANS, THE REINFORCING PLANS
 AND THE LIFE SAFETY PLANS WHICH MATCH THE LAYOUTS FOR
 LEVELS 3, 4 AND 5 APPROVED BY THE MINOR AMENDMENT AND
 INCLUDED WITH THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) ADDITIONAL PERMITS, WITH PLANS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. EXTERIOR BICYCLE RACKS
 D. HARDSCAPE
 E. SITE LIGHTING - THE PERMIT NEEDS TO INCLUDE A
 PHOTOMETRIC PLAN, AS WELL AS THE SPEC SHEETS FOR ALL OF
 THE LIGHTING TYPES.
 F. AWNINGS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PERMIT
 G. MODIFICATIONS TO THE GARAGE, INCLUDING THE EV
 CHARGERS.
  
 3) PRIOR TO 1ST C.O.:
  
 A. PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT NO LESS THAN 15% OF ALL
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 ARE FROM SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (SBE) FIRMS LOCATED
 IN PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 B. VERIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE WORKFORCE
 HOUSING REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROSEMARY SQUARE CENTER
 SUBAREA BY THE CITY'S HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
 DEPARTMENT.
 C. VERIFICATION THAT THE BUILDING HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED
 TO A LEED SILVER STANDARD OR EQUIVALENT RATING SYSTEM.
 D. VERIFICATION THAT THE CHARGING STATIONS AND THE RIDE
 SHARE SPACE HAVE BEEN INSTALLED WITHIN THE D GARAGE.
 E. WAYFINDING SIGNS MUST BE INSTALLED TO DIRECT
 PEDESTRIANS FROM THE D GARAGE TO THE RESIDENTIAL AND
 RETAIL ENTRANCES.
 F. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THE BICYCLE SHARE DISCOUNT
 MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM.
 G. A MINOR SUBDIVISION (REPLAT) APPLICATION MUST BE
 FILED WITH THE CITY'S PLANNING DIVISION AND BE APPROVED
 BY THE CITY COMMISSION.
  
 4) PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL INSPECTION (104)
 FOR THE GROUND FLOOR SPACE THAT FRONTS THE ACCESS
 EASEMENT AT THE NORTH END TO THE SITE, A PUBLIC ACCESS
 EASEMENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
 OFFICE, FOR THE PUBLIC SPACE TERMINATING THE PUBLIC
 OPEN SPACE - PASSAGE, MUST BE RECORDED.
