 PERMIT, THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT, SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE PRIVATE OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROJECT,
 NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED. THE GROUND LEVEL
 LANDSCAPE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
 **** THE PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT HAVE BEEN
 CHANGED FROM THE MINOR AMENDMENT APPROVED ON FEBRUARY
 25, 2021. NO LANDSCAPE PERMIT SUBMITTED. ****
  
 3) ADDITIONAL PERMITS, WITH PLANS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. EXTERIOR BICYCLE RACKS
 D. HARDSCAPE
 E. SITE LIGHTING - THE PERMIT NEEDS TO INCLUDE A
 PHOTOMETRIC PLAN, AS WELL AS THE SPEC SHEETS FOR ALL OF
 THE LIGHTING TYPES.
 F. AWNINGS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PERMIT
 G. MODIFICATIONS TO THE GARAGE, INCLUDING THE EV
 CHARGERS.
  
 4) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE
 FIRST CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE NEW BUILDING AT
 575 SOUTH ROSEMARY AVENUE, THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED:
  
 A. VERIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE WORKFORCE
 HOUSING REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROSEMARY SQUARE CENTER
 SUBAREA BY THE CITY'S HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
 DEPARTMENT.
 B. VERIFICATION THAT THE BUILDING HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED
 TO A LEED SILVER STANDARD OR EQUIVALENT RATING SYSTEM.
 C. VERIFICATION THAT THE CHARGING STATIONS AND THE RIDE
 SHARE SPACE HAVE BEEN INSTALLED WITHIN THE D GARAGE.
 D. WAYFINDING SIGNS MUST BE INSTALLED TO DIRECT
 PEDESTRIANS FROM THE D GARAGE TO THE OFFICE,
 RESIDENTIAL AND RETAIL ENTRANCES.
 E. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THE BICYCLE SHARE DISCOUNT
 MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM.
  
 5) ADDITIONALLY, PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL
 INSPECTION (104) FOR THE GROUND FLOOR SPACE THAT FRONTS
 THE ACCESS EASEMENT AT THE NORTH END TO THE SITE, A
 PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE
 CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, FOR THE PUBLIC SPACE
 TERMINATING THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE - PASSAGE, MUST BE
 RECORDED.
  
 6) STAFF HAS NOTED THAT THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT IS NOW
 ON A SEPARATE PARCEL, WHICH INCLUDES PORTIONS OF TRACTS
 D AND D-1 OF CITYPLACE PLAT 1, THAT IS OWNED BY 575
 ROSEMARY APARTMENTS LLC, INSTEAD OF CITYPLACE RETAIL
 LLC. PRIOR TO THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE
 BUILDING, A MINOR SUBDIVISION (REPLAT) APPLICATION MUST
 BE FILED WITH THE CITY'S PLANNING DIVISION AND APPROVED
 BY THE CITY COMMISSION.
