 1) CITYPLACE RETAIL, LLC, THE ROSEMARY SQUARE
 MANAGEMENT, IS REQUIRED TO EITHER STAMP THE PLANS OR
 PROVIDE A LETTER REFERENCING THE PLANS THAT THEY HAVE
 APPROVED. THE MANAGEMENT APPROVAL WAS NOT PROVIDED.
  
 2) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. 362-19, THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL
 OF THIS PERMIT:
  
 A. THE AC UNITS AND THE MOUNTING RACKS ON THE WEST
 BUILDING WALL OF 477 SOUTH ROSEMARY MUST BE REMOVED.
 VERIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE
 BUILDING PERMIT.
 B. THE ROOFTOP PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THE BUILDING PERMIT
 MUST SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE SOLAR OR GREEN ROOF
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROSEMARY SQUARE CENTER SUBAREA.
 C. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THE PROGRAM TO ENSURE THAT
 THE JOB SITE WORKERS WILL BE PAID NOT LESS THAN THE
 PALM BEACH COUNTY LIVING WAGE STANDARD AND THAT NO LESS
 THAN 15% OF ALL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ARE FROM SMALL
 BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (SBE) FIRMS LOCATED IN PALM BEACH
 COUNTY.
  
 2) THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE LAYOUT OF THE PRIVATE OPEN
 SPACE AREAS AS COMPARED TO THE LATEST SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL. PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, THE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT, SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE PRIVATE
 OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROJECT, NEEDS TO BE
 SUBMITTED AND APPROVED. THE GROUND LEVEL LANDSCAPE
 SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THIS PERMIT.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE ZONING CODE COMPLIANCE INFORMATION FOR
 THE PROJECT, INCLUDING THE SITE AND PROJECT DATA, THE
 FACADE ARTICULATION INFORMATION, THE OPEN SPACE
 DIAGRAMS AND CALCULATIONS, THE ACTIVE USE DIAGRAMS, THE
 FAR SPACE DIAGRAMS, THE GROSS BUILDING USE
 CALCULATIONS. THESE MUST COMPLY WITH THE CHANGES MADE
 TO THE FACADES.
  
 4) PROVIDE ENLARGED BICYCLE STORAGE ROOM PLANS WITH
 DIMENSIONS AND RACK DETAILS. NOTE: THE EXTERIOR BICYCLE
 RACKS REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS WITH PLANS.
  
 5) DETAIL A501-1 SHOWS THAT THE GRANITE BASE OF THE
 CONCRETE COLUMNS EXTENDS INTO THE REQUIRED SEVEN (7)
 FOOT SETBACK FROM THE 25-FOOT ACCESS EASEMENT.
  
 6) PROVIDE THE SETBACK LINE ON SHEETS A506 AND A507 SO
 THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THERE ARE NO SETBACK
 ENCROACHMENTS.
  
 7) THERE ARE A NUMBER OF AWNINGS THAT DID NOT HAVE
 DETAIL PAGES. THESE WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS WITH
 PLANS.
  
 8) STAFF WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE WINDOW GLAZING
 DETAILS. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 9) THE SITE LIGHTING (SHOWN ON SHEET E100) REQUIRES A
 SEPARATE PERMIT, WITH PLANS. THE PERMIT NEEDS TO
 INCLUDE A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN, AS WELL AS THE SPEC SHEETS
 FOR ALL OF THE LIGHTING TYPES.
  
 10) THE PARKING GARAGE WORK REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT
 WITH PLANS AND IS NOT BEING REVIEWED WITH THIS PERMIT.
  
 11) THE HARDSCAPE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT WITH
 PLANS.
  
 12) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE
 FIRST CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE NEW BUILDING AT
 575 SOUTH ROSEMARY AVENUE, THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED:
  
 A. VERIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE WORKFORCE
 HOUSING REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROSEMARY SQUARE CENTER
 SUBAREA BY THE CITY'S HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
 DEPARTMENT.
 B. VERIFICATION THAT THE BUILDING HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED
 TO A LEED SILVER STANDARD OR EQUIVALENT RATING SYSTEM.
 C. VERIFICATION THAT THE CHARGING STATIONS AND THE RIDE
 SHARE SPACE HAVE BEEN INSTALLED WITHIN THE D GARAGE.
 D. WAYFINDING SIGNS MUST BE INSTALLED TO DIRECT
 PEDESTRIANS FROM THE D GARAGE TO THE OFFICE,
 RESIDENTIAL AND RETAIL ENTRANCES.
 E. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THE BICYCLE SHARE DISCOUNT
 MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM.
  
 13) ADDITIONALLY, PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL
 INSPECTION (104) FOR THE GROUND FLOOR SPACE THAT FRONTS
 THE ACCESS EASEMENT AT THE NORTH END TO THE SITE, A
 PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE
 CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, FOR THE PUBLIC SPACE
 TERMINATING THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE - PASSAGE, MUST BE
 RECORDED.
