 REPEAT COMMENTS:
  
 1. PROPOSED DRIVEWAY EXCEEDS MAXIMUM WIDTH PERMITTED.
 PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR SECTION 94-312, TO ACHIEVE PARKING
 FOR LESS THAN THREE RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS, A
 SINGLE DRIVEWAY WITH A WIDTH OF NO GREATER THAN 20 FEET
 AT THE PROPERTY LINE OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINS THE
 APRON IF THE APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY IS PERMITTED.
  
 2. LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT NOT MET. PURSUANT TO THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-482(A): THE LESSER OF
 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA
 SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS
 GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
 948.75 FT OF FRONT YARD (MEASURED FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE TO FRONT FACADE OF STRUCTURE) MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
  
 UPDATE:
  
 1. DRIVEWAYS ARE REQUIRED TO BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF
 THREE (3) FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. THE SUBMITTED
 PLANS CALCULATE TO HAVE ONLY 2.5 FEET FROM THE EDGE OF
 THE DRIVEWAY EXPANSION TO THE PROPERTY LINE. WHEN
 COMMENT NUMBER 1 IS CORRECTED BY NARROWING THE
 DRIVEWAY, THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE MET. YOU MUST
 PROVIDE THE DIMENSION ON THE PLAN TO VERIFY THIS
