 NOTE:
 SECOND FLOOR FRAMING PLAN ON SHEET 4-4 IS MISSING THE
 SIZE OF THE FLOOR TRUSSES AND LIVE/DEAD LOADS DESIGN
 INFORMATION.. ENGINEER NEEDS TO SPECIFY THIS
 INFORMATION.
  
  
 1- PERMIT APPLICATION STATES: "REMODEL TWO STORY
 BUILDING AS PER PLANS". PLANS SUBMITTED ARE FOR
 COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO STORY DUPLEX. NEED TO
 REVISE THE SCOPE OF WORK ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION TO
 SAY REBUILD TWO STORY DUPLEX.
 THE PERMIT TYPE WILL BE CHANGED FROM RESIDENTIAL
 REMODEL TO NEW RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMIT. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 RESPONSE:
 SCOPE OF WORK ON PERMIT APPLICATION WAS NOT CHANGED.
 ALSO, SCOPE OF WORK ON SHEET 1-4 WAS REVISED TO SAY
 "REMODELING A 2-STORY CBS MULTIFAMILY RESIDENCE". THIS
 IS INCORRECT. THIS IS NOT A "REMODELING" PROJECT. THIS
 IS A REBUILD OR NEW CONSTRUCTION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.

 STAIR DETAIL ON SHEET 3-4 DOESN'T SHOW NOSING
 PROJECTION. IT SPECIFIES 3/4" NOSING BUT THE DETAIL
 DOESN'T SHOW THE 3/4" PROJECTION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 SHOW THE NOSING PROJECTION.

 E) DEFERRED SUBMITTAL: AFTER THE PERMIT IS ISSUED NEED
 TO SUBMIT HANDRAIL AND GUARDRAIL SHOP DRAWINGS APPROVED
 BY ENGINEER OF RECORD AS DEFERRED SUBMITTAL. SEC.
