 1) THE CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS
 REQUIRED ON THE PLANS. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PROVIDE A
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT WHICH APPROVES
 THE SPECIFIC PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PERMIT.
  
 2) THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT NEEDS TO BE
 APPROVED PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT, WHICH
 INCLUDES ROSEMARY SQUARE, REQUIRES THAT MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, TO INCLUDE TRANSFORMERS, IS SCREENED FROM
 PUBLIC VIEW. STAFF WILL NOT APPROVE THE APPLICATION
 WITH AN UNSCREENED TRANSFORMER ADJACENT TO THE
 SIDEWALK.
  
 4) PROVIDE A PARKING DETAIL THAT VERIFIES THAT THE
 PARKING IS DOUBLE STRIPED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY
 STANDARDS. THE REGULAR EV SPACES MUST USE WHITE
 STRIPING. STAFF WILL PROVIDE THE APPLICANT WITH
 STANDARD CITY DETAIL.
  
 5) IF THE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE IS PROPOSED FOR
 THE EXTERIOR OF THE GARAGE, A SEPARATE CONSTRUCTION
 FENCE PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
