 1. [ SATISFIED ] - THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED DOES NOT
 MATCH THE SITE PLAN THAT WAS APPROVED DURING THE FORMAL
 SITE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS; A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF
 INFORMATION IS MISSING FROM THE SUBMITTED PLAN, ETC.
 PLEASE INCLUDE THE SITE PLAN, DETAILS, ETC. THAT WAS
 PREPARED BY URBAN DESIGN STUDIOS AND APPROVED AS PART
 OF FSPR CASE NO. 21-02. IF MODIFICATIONS TO THE
 APPROVED PLAN ARE NECESSARY, PLEASE INDICATE THE SCOPE
 OF THE MODIFICATIONS TO DETERMINE IF AN AMENDMENT IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2. [ SATISFIED ] - LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE REMOVED
 FROM THE BUILDING PERMIT SUBMITTAL AND SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED AS A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 3. [ SATISFIED ] - PLEASE PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 THE GENERATOR (PARTICULARLY THE HEIGHT) TO ENSURE THAT
 THE SCREEN WALL, AS DESIGNED, WILL FULLY SCREEN THE
 GENERATOR.
  
 4. [ NOT SATISFIED ] - MECHANICAL PLANS SHOW TWO (2)
 CONDENSING UNITS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PRO SHOP THAT
 ARE NOT REFLECTED OR ACCOUNTED FOR ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLANS. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT AND
 ACCURATE. ADDITIONALLY, THE LANDSCAPE PLANS WILL NEED
 TO ENSURE THAT THE UNITS ARE COMPLETELY SCREENED FROM
 VIEW.
  
 4.1 [ NEW COMMENT ] - WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENT IS
 UNCLEAR. THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED FOR PERMITTING SHOULD
 BE REVISED TO REFLECT THE SCOPE OF THE WORK PROPOSED,
 INCLUDING THE LOCATION OF ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
  
 5. [ SATISFIED ] - THE PARKING STRIPING DETAIL ON SHEET
 C1.0 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE CITY?S STANDARD DETAIL.
 PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR THE APPROPRIATE DETAIL (IF

 INDICATING HOW THE COMPACT PARKING SPACES WILL BE
 MARKED.

 THAT A DETAIL IS NOT PROVIDED AS THERE ARE NO COMPACT
 SPACES BEING PROPOSED. HOWEVER, THE APPROVED SITE PLAN
 INDICATES THAT AT LEAST 16 COMPACT SPACES ARE PROPOSED.
 AS SUCH, A DETAIL SHOWING HOW THE COMPACT PARKING
 SPACES WILL BE MARKED SHALL BE INCLUDED.
