 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY,
 SHOWING ALL UTILITY EASEMENTS (IF APPLICABLE), IS
 MISSING FROM THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 2.) ALL BUILDING SETBACKS FROM THE PROPERTY LINE SHALL
 BE PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN. EAST/SIDE AND SOUTH/REAR
 SETBACKS ARE MISSING.
  
 3.) PER ZLDR S.94-485, A MINIMUM OF 2 PARKING SPACES
 ARE REQUIRED FOR THE USE. THE SITE PLAN MUST
 DEMONSTRATE HOW THIS WOULD BE ACCOMMODATED (I.E.
 DRIVEWAY, GARAGE, ETC.). PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE
 MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS/DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
 FOR ALL STRUCTURES, INCLUDING DRIVEWAYS, PAVED AREAS,
 ETC. PLACEMENT OF SUCH STRUCTURES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZLDRS. [ZLDR S.94-312,
 S.94-485]
  
 4.) AT LEAST 1,000 SQ. FT. OF LANDSCAPED AREA SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. OF 27TH STREET. PLEASE
 PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE. [ZLDR
 S.94-482]
  
 5.) PLEASE CHECK LABELING OF THE BUILDING ELEVATIONS,
 AS THEY SEEM TO BE INCONSISTENT WITH THE OTHER PLANS
 (I.E. LOCATION OF THE CONDENSER UNIT; ELEVATIONS ARE
 INCONSISTENT WITH THE FLOOR PLAN, ETC.).
  
 6.) SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY.
