 THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT DATES WHEN THE SURVEYOR SIGNED
 AND SEALED THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE. SIGNATURE DATE
 SHOULD BE THE DATE IT WAS SIGNED BY THE SURVEYOR. THESE
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WAS REVISED. ONLY THE DATE OF THE
 DIGITAL SIGNATURE SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
