 1- THIS BUILDING IS GOING TO BE BUILT IN A AE FLOOD
 ZONE WITH THE BASE FLOOD BFE: 12.2 FEET BASED ON NAVD
 1988.
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ORDINANCE REQUIRES A TWO (2)
 FOOT FREE BOARD ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (SEC.
 18-284 CITY ORDINANCE NO. 4729-17). NEED TO SPECIFY THE
 PROPOSED FINISHED ELEVATION IN ALL FLOOR PLANS.
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THREE DIFFERENT
 FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED (SEC.
 107.3.5.1.1 CITY AMENDMENTS):
 A) CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
 B) BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
 C) FINISHED CONSTRUCTION.
 NOTE:
 NEED TO PROVIDE THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE NOW FOR REVIEW.
  
 RESPONSE:
 A)FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET A2.0 AND FOUNDATION PLAN ON SHEET
 S1 DON'T SPECIFY THE PROPOSED FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION.
 PROVIDE THE REQUIRED INFORMATION. SEC. 107.3.5.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 B)UNABLE TO OPEN DRAWING A2.0 ON PROJECTDOX. IT LOOKS
 LIKE THE DRAWING IS TOO BIG. REDUCE DRAWING SIZE FOR
 PROPER PLAN REVIEW PROCESSING AND STORAGE. SEC.
 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: THIS APPLIES TO DRAWING A1.0 ALSO. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 C)REVISE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE SUBMITTED (SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS):
 (1) GARAGE INFORMATION IS INCORRECT. THIS BUILDING HAS
 AN ATTACHED GARAGE.
 (2)THE VERTICAL DATUM SPECIFIED ON ITEM C2 DOESN'T
 MATCH VERTICAL DATUM USED FOR THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION
 (BFE),
 (3)SPECIFY GARAGE SLAB PROPOSED ELEVATION.
 (4)SPECIFY EQUIPMENT PROPOSED ELEVATION.
  
 D)REVISE THE FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION SHOWN ON THE THE
 TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET A5.0.
 COORDINATE WITH PLANS AND ELEVATION CERTIFICATE TO
