 FOOT FREE BOARD ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (SEC.
 18-284 CITY ORDINANCE NO. 4729-17). NEED TO SPECIFY THE
 PROPOSED FINISHED ELEVATION IN ALL FLOOR PLANS.
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THREE DIFFERENT
 FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED (SEC.
