 1.1) REAR SETBACK DIMENSIONS SHALL BE TAKEN FROM THE
 CLOSEST POINT OF THE ROOFED STRUCTURE TO THE REAR
 (NORTH) PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSION TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF

 2.) STRUCTURAL OVERHANGS SHALL NOT EXTEND FARTHER THAN
 3 FT. INTO ANY REQUIRED SETBACK [ZLDR S.94-305(B)(2)]:
  
 2.1) THE STRUCTURAL OVERHANG ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY DOES NOT COMPLY.
  
 2.2) PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE ROOF OVERHANG AROUND THE

 WITHOUT CHECKING/VERIFYING LOT SPLIT.
