 BUILDING REVIEW DENIED:
  
 1) PROVIDE NOTES THAT INDICATE, DETAILS FOR THE
 PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE CAN BE FOUND ON THE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE
 PERMIT # 21070960.
 IS THERE AN APPROVED PLAN/SUBMITTAL, FOR THE BRIDGE, BY
 A STATE OR FEDERAL AGENCY RELATED TO THE TRAIN SYSTEM?
  
 2) THE CORRIDOR ON THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET (B101) DOES
 NOT HAVE INDICATIONS OF WIDTHS/LENGTHS. THE CORRIDOR IS
 MISSING IDENTIFICATION ON THE PLAN SHEETS AS AN EXIT
 PASSAGEWAY. THIS WILL BE REQUIRED IF IT IS AN EXIT
 PASSAGEWAY, PENDING CLASSIFICATION OF SPACES AND
 REVISION OF THIS SHEET.
  
 3) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET (B101) NEEDS TO BE REVISED.
 THE INFORMATION APPEARS TO HAVE CHANGED FROM MERCANTILE
 & WAREHOUSES TO RESTAURANTS AND OR ASSEMBLY. IN ORDER
 TO MOVE FORWARD, THIS NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED AS TO WHAT
 IS THE INTENDED USE OF EACH SPACE.
  
 4) PROVIDE ALL SHOP DRAWINGS/PRODUCT APPROVALS
 INCLUDING:
 THE STEEL FRAMING AT THE PRESS ROOM, THE ROOFING
 SYSTEM, WINDOWS/DOORS, STOREFRONTS, ...
  
 5) A SUB-PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ROOFING.
  
 6) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR: PARKING/STRIPING
 AT PARKING LOT, EXTERIOR SIGNAGE, EXTERIOR CANOPIES,
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES & GENERATOR.
  
 7) A DETAIL FOR THE REINFORCEMENT OF THE LOADING DOCK
 AREA ABOVE THE INTERCEPTORS IS REQUIRED AS THIS APPEARS
 TO BE AN AREA FOR VEHICLE TRAFFIC.
  
 8) A THOROUGH REVIEW COULD NOT BE COMPLETED AT THIS
 TIME AS MORE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
