 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL AND SUCH CONSTRUCTION OR WORK
 SHALL REMAIN ACCESSIBLE AND EXPOSED FOR INSPECTION
 PURPOSES UNTIL APPROVED.
 FBC 117 - THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE TESTS OR
 TEST REPORTS AS PROOF OF COMPLIANCE. REQUIRED TESTS ARE
 TO BE MADE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER, OR AGENT, BY AN
 APPROVED TESTING LABORATORY OR OTHER APPROVED AGENCY.

 PERMITS.] THE VALUATION FOR THE WORK IS SPECIFIED AS
 $2300.00 ON THE APPLICATION. THE VALUATION FOR THIS
 PROJECT IS THE VALUE OF ALL THE MATERIALS AND LABOR
 COST FOR ALL OF THE WORK THAT WAS DONE PLUS OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT AS WOULD BE CHARGED BY A CONTRACTOR. THIS IS
 WHAT THE REPLACEMENT COST WOULD BE. BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF FBC
 109.3 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH
