 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS
 REQUIRED. THE LOT APPEARS TO BE VACANT. [PLEASE NOTE
 THAT A SURVEY SHOWS THE CURRENT CONDITIONS ON THE
 PROPERTY AND A SITE PLAN SHOWS THE PROPOSED LAYOUT OF
 THE PROPERTY.]
  
 2.) CONCRETE PAD FOR THE A/C COMPRESSOR UNIT IS MISSING
 IN THE SITE PLAN. ALSO INCLUDE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM
 THE PAD TO THE PROPERTY LINE(S) TO DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
  
 3.) ALL PLAN SHEET MUST BE CONSISTENT IN THE PERMIT
 SET. INCONSISTENCIES HAVE BEEN DETECTED WITH THE
 ELEMENTS PROVIDED IN THE FLOOR PLAN, BUILDING
 ELEVATIONS AND SITE PLAN (I.E. BUILDING ELEVATIONS ARE
 LABELED INCORRECTLY, ELEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE FLOOR
 PLAN MISSING IN THE SITE PLAN, ETC.).
  
 4.) PLEASE DEMONSTRATE (I.E. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS) THAT
 THERE IS AT LEAST 1,000 SQ. FT. OF AREA RESERVED FOR
 LANDSCAPING WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD (AREA WITHIN
 THE FIRST 25 FT. OF 45TH STREET.)
  
 5.) CONDITIONAL APPROVAL FOR LANDSCAPING MUST BE SIGNED
 AND DATED BY BOTH THE CITY'S PLANNING AND ZONING
 ADMINISTRATOR AND THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
