 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) DRAWING A0.02 THE DRAWING INDEX REVISION DATES NEEDS
 TO REFLECT THE MEP REVISION NUMBER 2 DATE.
  
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE EXTERIOR WALL FIRE RATING FOR THE
 SOUTH ELEVATION WHICH SHOWS 7 FOOT DISTANCE FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE FBC TABLE 602
  
 FBC 705.5 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATINGS.
 EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL BE FIRE-RESISTANCE RATED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH TABLES 601 AND 602 AND THIS SECTION.
 THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING OF EXTERIOR WALLS
 WITH A FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE OF GREATER THAN 10 FEET
 (3048 MM) SHALL BE RATED FOR EXPOSURE TO FIRE FROM THE
 INSIDE. THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING OF EXTERIOR
 WALLS WITH A FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE OF LESS THAN OR
 EQUAL TO 10 FEET (3048 MM) SHALL BE RATED FOR EXPOSURE
 TO FIRE FROM BOTH SIDES.
  
 FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE. THE DISTANCE MEASURED FROM
 THE BUILDING FACE TO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
 1.THE CLOSEST INTERIOR LOT LINE.
 2.TO THE CENTERLINE OF A STREET, AN ALLEY OR PUBLIC
 WAY.
 3.TO AN IMAGINARY LINE BETWEEN TWO BUILDINGS ON THE
 LOT.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS FOR THE OPENINGS IN
 THE EXTERIOR FIRE RATED WALLS - FBC 705.8.1 ALLOWABLE
 AREA OF OPENINGS.
 THE MAXIMUM AREA OF UNPROTECTED AND PROTECTED OPENINGS
 PERMITTED IN AN EXTERIOR WALL IN ANY STORY OF A
 BUILDING SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PERCENTAGES SPECIFIED IN
 TABLE 705.8.
  
 4) PLEASE SHOW THE ENCLOSED GARAGE VENTILATION - FBC
 406.6.2 VENTILATION.
 A MECHANICAL VENTILATION SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, MECHANICAL.
  
 5) UNITS S-1, S-2, S-3, A-3 - PLEASE SHOW THE BATHROOM
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ( TO ALLOW THE DOOR TO BE CLOSED FROM
 THE INSIDE) - FBC ACCESSIBILITY FHA REQUIREMENT 7 -
 (A)BATHROOMS THAT HAVE REINFORCED WALLS FOR GRAB BARS
 (SEE REQUIREMENT 6) WOULD MEET SECTION
 100.205(C)(3)(IV) IF:
 (I)SUFFICIENT MANEUVERING SPACE IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE
 BATHROOM FOR A PERSON USING A WHEELCHAIR OR OTHER
 MOBILITY AID TO ENTER AND CLOSE THE DOOR, USE THE
 FIXTURES, REOPEN THE DOOR AND EXIT.
 (B)BATHROOMS THAT HAVE REINFORCED WALLS FOR GRAB BARS
 (SEE REQUIREMENT 6) WOULD MEET SECTION
 100.205(C)(3)(IV) IF:
 (I)WHERE THE DOOR SWINGS INTO THE BATHROOM, THERE IS A
 CLEAR SPACE (APPROXIMATELY 2?6" BY 4?0") WITHIN THE
 ROOM TO POSITION A WHEELCHAIR OR OTHER MOBILITY AID
 CLEAR OF THE PATH OF THE DOOR AS IT IS CLOSED AND TO
 PERMIT USE OF FIXTURES.
  
 6) ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS SHOW ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING
 STATIONS - PLEASE SHOW THAT AT LEAST 1 OF THE CHARGING
 STATIONS IS AN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE, ACCESS AISLE,
 SIGNAGE ETC. PER FBC ACCESSIBILITY FHA REQUIREMENT 2

 7) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE (FRONT PAGES AND THE
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS, EXTERIOR
 DOORS AND ROOFING SYSTEMS - ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED
 TO BE REVIEWED AND MARKED APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. FBC WPB 107.3.4
  
 8) ROOFING SYSTEMS, EXTERIOR WINDOW AND DOOR PRODUCT
 APPROVALS MAY BE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS BY LISTING ITEMS
 TO BE DEFERRED ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS - FBC WPB
 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE
 IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING.
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED
 UNTIL THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
