 BUILDING REVIEW DENIED:
  
 1) WPB AMENDMENTS TO FBC B 109.3, THE CONTRACT VALUE IS
 SHOWN AS $15,000.00 DOLLARS.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A SIGNED COPY OF THE CONTRACT BY THE
 OWNER.
 THE VALUE IS TO INCLUDE THE NEW FLOORING AND
 UNDERLAYMENT MATERIAL , LABOR REMOVAL OF OLD FLOOR AND
 DUMP FEES OVERHEAD AND PROFIT FOR THE WHOLE APARTMENT.
 PROVIDE COST BREAK DOWN FOR THE REMODELING OF THE 2
 BATHROOMS, TO INCLUDE LABOR REMOVAL OF OLD FLOOR AND
 DUMP FEES OVERHEAD AND PROFIT.
 2) IT APPEARS THE TUBS ARE BEING CHANGED INTO SHOWERS
 FOR BOTH BATHROOMS.
 2A) POST TENSION SLAB/ NEW HOLES. THE PLAN IS SILENT AS
 IF THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING TUB DRAIN IS GOING TO
 BE REUSED IN THE SAME LOCATION. IF NOT, THEN THE FLOOR
 SLAB WILL NEED TO BE X?RAYED TO FIND THE POST TENSION
 CHORD LOCATIONS. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2B) THROUGH?PENETRATIONS FIRESTOP SYSTEMS (HORIZONTAL
 ASSEMBLIES). IF A NEW FLOOR PENETRATION IS MADE FOR THE
 FUTURE SHOWER DRAIN, THEN YOU NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 2020 FBC?B SECTION 714.5.1.2.
 THROUGH?PENETRATIONS FIRESTOP SYSTEMS (HORIZONTAL
 ASSEMBLIES). THROUGH PENETRATIONS SHALL BE PROTECTED BY
 A THROUGH PENETRATION FIRESTOP SYSTEM INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E814 OR UL 1479. THE SYSTEM SHALL
 HAVE AN F RATING / T RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 1 HOUR BUT
 NOT LESS THAN THE REQUIRED RATING OF THE FLOOR
 PENETRATED.
  
 3) THE PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN STATES FOR ALL NEW FLOORING
 JUST CHANGE FLOOR, THE FLOOR FINISH IS NOT PROVIDED.

 4) FLOOR INSULATION/ UNDERLAYMENT (FBC?B 2020) FOR
 TILE, STONE, MARBLE, VINYL AND WOOD FLOORING ALL NEED
 TO HAVE HAD THE SOUND UNDERLAYMENT TESTED FLOOR
 ASSEMBLIES TO THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS AND MEET THE
 QUALIFICATIONS LISTED UNDER EACH OF THE STANDARDS FOR A
 6 INCH CONCRETE FLOOR ASSEMBLY/ NO DROPPED CEILING:
 PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THREE TEST REPORTS FOR TYPE I AND OR
 TYPE II BUILDINGS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH:
  
 4A) FBC?B 2020 1207.3 STRUCTURE?BORNE SOUND.
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN DWELLING UNITS OR
 BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREA
 WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN IMPACT INSULATION
 CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD
 TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E?492.
  
 4B) FBC?B 2020 1207.2 AIR?BORNE SOUND. WALLS,
 PARTITIONS AND FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES SEPARATING
 DWELLING UNITS FROM EACH OTHER OR FROM PUBLIC OR
 SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS
 (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) FOR
 AIR?BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E
 90.
  
 4C) FLAME SPREAD? FBC?B 2020 603.1. EXCEPTION 2.
 INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID
 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200.
  
 FLAME SPREAD INDEX. A COMPARATIVE MEASURE, EXPRESSED AS
 A DIMENSIONLESS NUMBER, DERIVED FROM VISUAL
 MEASUREMENTS OF THE SPREAD OF FLAME VERSUS TIME FOR A
 MATERIAL TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84 OR UL 723.

 CLASSIFICATION AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 804.2
 CLASSIFICATION AND 804.3 TESTING AND IDENTIFICATION OF

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
