 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) GAS FOR A FUTURE BBQ WAS APPROVED UNDER REVISION
 21021053 TO MASTER 20091091. THE APPROVED DRAWINGS FOR
 THOSE PERMITS SHOW A GAS LINE TERMINATING AT THE NW
 CORNER OF THE PROPERTY HOWEVER THE PROPOSED GRILL
 LOCATION IS SHOWN UNDER A PAVILION LOCATED FURTHER
 SOUTH OF THE CORNER. PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE GAS
 RISER DRAWING THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL PIPING RUN FROM
 THE NEW TANK TO THE GRILL- SECTIONS G2412.3 & G2412.4
 FBC RES. PLEASE SHOW THE RISER AT THE GRILL LOCATION,
 AND THE LOCATIONS OF THE DRIP LEG, SHUT OFF VALVE,
 REGULATOR AND PIPE UNIONS- SECTIONS G2419, G2420,
 G2421, G2422 FBC RES.
  
 2) I RESEARCHED THE USE AND CARE MANUAL FOR THE LYNX
 GRILL MODEL L36TR AND ON PAGE 6 THESE WARNINGS FROM THE
 MANUFACTURER ARE LISTED-
 6. NEVER LOCATE THE GRILL UNDER A ROOF OR OVERHANG, IN
 A BUILDING, GARAGE, SHED OR OTHER SUCH ENCLOSED AREA.
 7. NEVER LOCATE THE GRILL UNDER UNPROTECTED COMBUSTIBLE
 CONSTRUCTION.
 BASED ON THOSE MANUFACTURER'S WARNINGS AND SECTION
 G2447.1 OF THE FBC RES, IT APPEARS THE GRILL MAY NOT BE
 SAFELY LOCATED UNDER THE PAVILION.
 SECTION G2447.1 COOKING APPLIANCES STATES:
 COOKING APPLIANCES THAT ARE DESIGNED FOR PERMANENT
 INSTALLATION, INCLUDING RANGES, OVENS, STOVES,
 BROILERS, GRILLS, FRYERS, GRIDDLES, HOT PLATES AND
 BARBECUES, SHALL BE TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANSI
 Z21.1 OR ANSI Z21.58 AND SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 PLEASE CONSULT WITH THE MANUFACTURER FOR ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION AS TO WHERE THE GRILL CAN BE SAFELY
 LOCATED.
  
 3) PLEASE CLARIFY IF THE PAVILION IS AN EXISTING OR NEW
 STRUCTURE. THE CURRENT PROPERTY APPRAISER'S MAP DOES
 NOT APPEAR TO SHOW A PAVILION ON THE LOT. PLEASE NOTE
 COMPLETE PLANS UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT WOULD BE
 REQUIRED FOR A NEW STRUCTURE- SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
