 PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE THAT IT WAS EITHER AN ARCHITECT
 OR ENGINEER.
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION SECTION 107.3.4.3. THE
 CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT CREATED / DREW THE SET OF
 PLANS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE AUTHOR OF
 THE PLANS. PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME, SIGN YOUR NAME AND
 LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE TRADE YOU ARE LICENSED IN AND
 PLANS DRAWN.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION STATES THE PERMIT IS FOR
 STORAGE & PALLETS. IT IS ASSUMED THE PERMIT IS FOR NEW
 HIGH- RACK STORAGE.
 NEITHER THE PERMIT APPLICATION STATE WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS
 ARE GOING TO BE STORED IN THE RACK STORAGE SYSTEM.
 MISSING INFORMATION ON THE PALLET RACK FLOOR PLAN. WHAT
 OCCUPANCY TYPE IS THIS WAREHOUSE S1 OR S2, SEE SECTIONS
 311.2 & 311.3 OF THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE FOR
 CLASSIFYING OCCUPANCY.
  
 3) IS THE WAREHOUSE AREA OF THIS BUILDING FIRE
 SPRINKLERED, THE PLAN DOES NOT STATE. 107.2.1.2.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THE DESIGN AND TESTING
 AND UTILIZATION OF STORAGE RACKS MADE OF COLD FORMED OR
 HOT ROLLED STEEL STRUCTURAL MEMBERS SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH RMI/ANSI MH 16.1. CODE SECTION 2209.1

 5B) WILL THERE BE CATWALKS AND STAIRS ABOVE THE 1ST
 FLOOR WITHIN THE RACK STORAGE ASSEMBLY? 107.2.1.2
