| | SPACES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE BY THE NON-RESIDENTIAL |
| | PATRONS/EMPLOYEES AS WELL AS RESIDENTS. SIGNAGE AND/OR |
| | MARKING TO DESIGNATE THESE SPACES WILL BE DETERMINED |
| | AND IMPLEMENTED BY THE OWNER, SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND |
| | APPROVAL BY THE CITY?S PLANNING DIVISION. THE HOURS AND |
| | NUMBER OF SPACES DESIGNATED MAY BE ADJUSTED THROUGH AN |
| | ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL BY CITY?S PLANNING DIVISION IF |
| | THE USE AND/OR OPERATING HOURS OF COMMERCIAL TENANTS |
