 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN OR SIMILAR SHOWING WHICH
 BUILDING AND WHICH SPACE THIS IMPROVEMENT PERTAINS TO.
 THERE IS NO CONTEXT ON THE FLOOR PLAN FOR ME TO KNOW
 WHERE THIS IMPROVEMENTS ARE TAKING PLACE.
  
 2. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE EXTERIOR DOOR ON THE NORTH
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING, CLOSEST TO SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY?
 THERE IS A SYMBOL WITH THE #1 THERE, BUT NO LEGEND OR
 KEY FOR ME TO KNOW WHAT IS PROPOSED.
  
 3. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE EASTERN-MOST DOOR THAT
 CONNECTS TO THE CORRIDOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BUILDING?
  
 4. ON SHEET 1.1A, WHAT ARE THE TWO AREA OUTLINED WITH A
 DASHED LINE AND CONTAINING A SQUARE FOOTAGE
 CALCULATION?
  
 5. THE OUTDOOR SEATING SHOWN ON THE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH
 THAT WHICH WAS APPROVED ON THE CASA MARA CPD SITE PLAN.
 THE AREAS SHALL MATCH, OR IF THE AREA IS PROPOSED TO BE
 MODIFIED, AN AMENDMENT TO THE CPD SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO
 AND APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 6. THE OUTDOOR SEATING SHOWN ON THE PLAN CONFLICTS WITH
 THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM THE ADJACENT ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES.
  
 7. THE PLANS DO NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE SIDEWALK,
 LANDSCAPING ISLANDS, PARKING, ETC. ON THE EAST SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING (ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY).
  
 8. PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 108-21, THE DEVELOPER
 SHALL DESIGNATE AT LEAST 71 ON-SITE PARKING SPACES
 (OUTSIDE OF THE SECURITY GATE-CONTROLLED PARKING
 FIELDS) TO BE RESERVED FOR USE BY PATRONS AND EMPLOYEES
 OF THE NON-RESIDENTIAL USES. THE SPACES SHALL BE
 RESERVED FOR SUCH USE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11:00 AM AND
 7:00 PM. OUTSIDE OF THOSE HOURS, THESE 71 PARKING
 SPACES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE BY THE NON-RESIDENTIAL
 PATRONS/EMPLOYEES AS WELL AS RESIDENTS.
  
 SIGNAGE AND/OR MARKING TO DESIGNATE THESE SPACES WILL
 BE DETERMINED AND IMPLEMENTED BY THE OWNER, SUBJECT TO
 REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE CITY?S PLANNING DIVISION.
 THE HOURS AND NUMBER OF SPACES DESIGNATED MAY BE
 ADJUSTED THROUGH AN ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL BY CITY?S
 PLANNING DIVISION IF THE USE AND/OR OPERATING HOURS OF
 COMMERCIAL TENANTS SIGNIFICANTLY CHANGES IN THE FUTURE.
  
 9. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT VENTING THE ROASTING EQUIPMENT
 INTO THE CORRIDOR IS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE BUILDING
 CODES, ETC.
