 INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. ALL PRODUCT
 APPROVALS NEED TO BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL):
 A)ALL WINDOWS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 B)ALL EXTERIOR DOORS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.

 D)OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR.
 E)HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF DOORS AND WINDOWS DON'T HAVE
 IMPACT GLAZING. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. SEE CITY SAMPLE.
 F) FLAT ROOF. AND, CLEARLY MARK WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY
 IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: IF THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR ALL ROOF ZONES, THEN SIGNED AND SEALED
 RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 7- PROVIDE STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL AND FASTENING
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR:
 A) OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR.
 B) EXTERIOR DOORS.

 8- A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH
 INDEPENDENT STRUCTURE. THIS IS TO FACILITATE
 INSPECTIONS AND RECORDS RETENTION. PROVIDE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE REAR STRUCTURE. SAME PLANS
 CAN BE USED. NO NEED TO SUBMIT SEPARATE PLANS. JUST ADD
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
 SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS LOW.
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS
 UPDATED TO $240,342. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS
 $4,991.82.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
