2021-05-18 16:48:32THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
 1. PROVIDE A SURVEY INDICATING THE SETBACKS OF THE DECK
 AND BATHROOM ADDITION FROM THE PROPERTY LINES.
 2. A HORIZONTAL ROLLER WINDOW WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
 STAFF RECOMMENDS OPENING THE ENCLOSED PORCH BACK UP.
 3. PROVIDE EXISTING ELEVATIONS. THIS CAN BE ACHIEVED
 USING MULTIPLE PHOTOS (IN COLOR) OF THE ELEVATION.
 4. INDICATE HEIGHT OF PROPOSED DECK.
 5. W12 IS A WOOD WINDOW. THIS WINDOW SHALL BE RETAINED.
 STAFF RECOMMENDS RESTORING THIS WINDOW.
 6. PROVIDE A MUNTIN PROFILE FOR THE ES WINDOWS PRODUCT.
 7. EXPAND THE WINDOW AND DOOR SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE
 INFORMATION AS INDICATED IN THE WINDOW PERMIT
 APPLICATION EXAMPLE. PLEASE EMAIL STAFF AT
 [email protected] TO REQUEST THIS EXAMPLE. AT
 MINIMUM, STAFF NEEDS TO KNOW THE EXISTING WINDOWS AND
 THE PROPOSED WINDOWS - MATERIAL, EXTERIOR FRAME COLOR,
 GLASS GLAZING, LITE PATTERN, MUNTIN PROFILE AND MULLION
 WIDTH. A PHOTO OF EACH ELEVATION WITH EACH WINDOW
 MARKED AND CLEARLY VISIBLE. IF SHUTTERS OR SIMILAR
 VISUAL OBSTRUCTION EXISTS, MULTIPLE PHOTOS MAY BE
 REQUIRED. INCLUDE THE ORDER DETAIL QUOTE/DETAILED
 CUSTOMER PROPOSAL.
 8. PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE SIDING FOR THE
 ADDITION.
 9. PROVIDE A PROJECT DATA TABLE INDICATING THE EXISTING
 BUILDINGS SQUARE FOOTAGE, PROPOSED BUILDINGS SQUARE
 FOOTAGE, AND LOT SIZE.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE NECESSARY ONCE ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ENSURE ALL
 PROPOSED PRODUCTS CAN COMPLY WITH THESE CONDITIONS.
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
  
 CLARIFICATION:
 THE INSTALLATION OF THE TOP SASH SHALL BE LOCATED
 ROUGHLY AT THE SAME POSITION OF THE TOP SASH OF THE
 WOOD WINDOWS.
  
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY.
