 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) BASED ON STAFF'S REVIEW OF THE SUBMITTED SURVEY,
 THE SURVEY PROVIDED DOES NOT SEEM TO MATCH EXISTING
 CONDITIONS ON SITE (I.E. BOLLARDS WEST PARKING LOT.
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY.
  
 2.) THE EXISTING CONDITIONS ON SITE DOES NOT MATCH THE
 PROPOSAL FOR THE PARKING AREA. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY
 CHANGES TO THE EXISTING CONFIGURATION WILL REQUIRE THE
 PARKING AREA TO COME INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE PARKING
 AREA REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), INCLUDING, BUT NOT
 LIMITED TO LANDSCAPING/TERMINAL ISLAND REQUIREMENTS,
 NUMBER OF CONSECUTIVE PARKING SPACES PERMITTED IN A
 ROW, ETC.
  
 3.) PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR THE PARKING STALLS
 AND DRIVE AISLE WIDTHS. ALL DIMENSIONS SHALL BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE PARKING STANDARDS OF THE ZLDRS.

 4.) BASED ON THE MINIMUM REQUIRED DIMENSIONS FOR
 PARKING STALLS, THE PROPOSED NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES
 FOR THE PARKING AREA IS NOT FEASIBLE.
  
 5.) IF THE INTENT IS TO PROVIDE 90-DEGREE PARKING
 STALLS FOR THE PARKING AREA, WHEEL STOPS WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR EACH STALL.
  
 6.) A STALL PAINTING DETAIL, CONSISTENT WITH THE
 MINIMUM STANDARDS OF THE ZLDRS, IS REQUIRED AS PART OF
 THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL. [ZLDR S.94-485]
