 1) FAILED. SHEET P1: PLEASE PROVIDE A CLEAR SCOPE OF
 WORK FOR THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S RESTROOMS. CLARIFY IF
 THE FIXTURES, COMPARTMENT WALLS, LAVATORY COUNTERS,
 MIRRORS, DISPENSERS ETC. ARE TO BE REPLACED OR
 RELOCATED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ENLARGED DIMENSIONED
 DRAWINGS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR RECONFIGURED BATHROOMS
 AND REPLACEMENT OF COMPARTMENT WALLS. THE CURRENT
 CONFIGURATION IN THE MEN'S RESTROOM IS NOT IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 405.3.4 FBC P- THE WATER CLOSET
 BY THE LAVATORY SHALL BE ENCLOSED IN A COMPARTMENT. IN
 RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT NEW PLAN SHEET S-2 HAS BEEN
 PROVIDED. PLEASE COMPLY WITH ITEMS A- I BELOW.
 A) DESIGN CRITERIA: PLEASE INDICATE THE PLANS ARE
 DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FBC- 2020 SEVENTH
 EDITION ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 B) THE NEW COMPARTMENT DOORS SHALL NOT SWING INTO THE
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACES FOR THE LAVATORIES- SECTION 603.2.3
 FBC ACC. PLEASE SEE EXCEPTION 2 WHICH MAY BE
 APPLICABLE.
 C) SHOW THE WIDTH OF THE NEW COMPARTMENT DOORS- SECTION
 404.2.3 FBC ACC.
 D) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE STANDARD WOMEN'S
 COMPARTMENT- SECTION 405.3.1 FBC P.
 E) PROVIDE THE WIDTH MEASUREMENT BETWEEN THE NEW MEN'S
 COMPARTMENT PARTION AND THE NEW URINAL PARTION- SECTION
 405.3.5
 F) REFER TO SECTION 604.8 AND PROVIDE THE MEN'S WATER
 CLOSET CLEAR FLOOR SPACE WIDTH DIMENSION IN THE
 DRAWING.
 G) DETAIL B- CORRECT THE 1'3" MEASUREMENT TO THE TOP OF
 THE LAVATORY, AND THE 1'6" MEASUREMENT TO THE MIRROR-
 SECTIONS 606.3 & 606.3.
 H) DETAIL C- REFER TO SECTION AND FIGURE 604.5.2 AND
 SHOW THE GRAB BAR WILL EXTEND FROM THE CENTERLINE OF
 THE WATER CLOSET 12 INCHES MINIMUM ON THE SIDE ADJACENT
 TO THE WALL AND 24 INCHES MINIMUM ON THE OTHER SIDE.
 I) PLEASE PROVIDE EITHER DETAILS OR NOTES INDICATING
 THE MAXIMUM MOUNTING HEIGHTS FOR SOAP. PAPER TOWEL AND
 OTHER SANITARY DISPENSERS- SECTION 308.
  
 2) FAILED. P1 & P2 GREASE WASTE AND INTERCEPTOR: ITEMS
 A, B, & C BELOW. IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS NEW
 PLUMBING PLAN SHEETS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED FOR THE GREASE
 INTERCEPTOR. PLEASE COMPLY WITH ITEMS A- D BELOW
 A) SHEET P-2: INDICATE THE DESIGN STANDARD USED FOR THE
 CALCULATIONS- SECTION 1003.3.4 FBC P.
 B) P-2: IT APPEARS THAT ONLY ONE SINK FROM EACH
 3-COMPARTMENT SINK HAS BEEN USED TO DETERMINE TOTAL CU.
 IN CALCULATION. BASED ON THE SIZES SHOWN THE SINKS HAVE
 A TOTAL CAPACITY OF 16,856 CU. INCHES.
 C) P-2: THE CALCULATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE THE MOP SINK.
 PLEASE CORRECT THE RISER DRAWING SHOWING THE MOP SINK
 DRAIN CONNECTING TO THE SANITARY DRAIN.
 D) P-2: PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 8.3.2 OF THE PDI-G101.
 THE PDI METHOD OF CALCULATION ALLOWS THE DRAINAGE LOAD
 TO BE 75% OF FIXTURE CAPACITY BECAUSE OF THE ITEMS
 BEING WASHED DISPLACING ABOUT 25% OF FIXTURE CAPACITY.
 BASED ON THE FIXTURES AND DATA SHOWN IN THE
 CALCULATIONS (N.I. MOP SINK) I AM CALCULATING 104 GPM
 FLOW RATE. THE PLAN SHOWS AN EXISTING 50 GPM
 INTERCEPTOR WHICH IS UNDERSIZED FOR THE NEW LOAD.
  
 6) FAILED. P1 & P2: PROVIDE AN ENLARGED PIPING DRAWING
 FOR THE WATER HEATERS SHOWING LOCATIONS OF THERMAL
 EXPANSION TANKS, RECIRCULATION PUMPS, SHUTOFF VALVES,
 CHECK VALVES, ETC.- SECTIONS 607.2.1.2, 607.3 FBC P.
 THREE DIFFERENT DRAWINGS ARE NOW SHOWN IN RESPONSE TO
 THE COMMENT BUT THE NEW DRAWINGS DO NOT MATCH. DETAIL F
 ON SHEET P1 SHOWS A MASTER MIXING VALVE, DETAIL ON P3
 DOES NOT SHOW A MIXING VALVE, AND DETAIL A ON P2 DOES
 NOT SHOW THE RECIRCULATION PUMP. DETAIL A ON P2 ALSO
 SHOWS THE HWR LINE CONNECTING ONLY TO THE HW LINE AND
 NOT THE COLD WATER INLET AND MIXING VALVE- SEE SECTION
 607.2.2 FBCP AND CORRECT THE DRAWINGS.
  
 8) FAILED. P1 & P2: WHERE HOT WATER IS SUPPLIED TO A
 LAVATORY, THE WATER SHALL BE TEMPERED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTIONS 419.5 & 607.1.2 FBC P. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 MIXING VALVE THAT CONFORMS TO ASSE 1070. PROVIDE A
 PIPING DETAIL ON THE PLAN FOR INSTALLATION. PLEASE SEE
 NOTE UNDER COMMENT #8 ABOVE. DUE TO THE INCONSISTENCY
 OF THE DETAILS IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW TEMPERED WATER WILL
 BE PROVIDED TO THE LAVATORIES. PLEASE NOTE THAT DETAIL
 F ON P1 APPEARS TO SHOW TEMPERED WATER TO ALL OF THE
 FIXTURES WHICH IS NON-COMPLAINT FOR FIXTURES REQUIRING
 HOT WATER SUCH AS THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINKS AND MOP SINK-
 SECTION 607.1 FBC P.
  
 10) FAILED P1 & P2: PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE PLUMBING
 FIXTURE SCHEDULE THAT INCLUDES THE DISHWASHER, HUB
 DRAINS, FLOOR DRAINS, AND THE REPLACED RESTROOM
 FIXTURES- (IF APPLICABLE TO THE SCOPE)- SECTION 107.2.1
 WPB. PLEASE RELOCATE THE BATHROOM FIXTURE SCHEDULE ON
 S2 TO THE PLUMBING PLANS- SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
