 DISCREPANCY IN WORK AREA. 107.2.1.2. IS THE DOLLAR
 VALUE LISTED ON THE PERMIT FOR ONLY THE 1ST FLOOR SINCE
 THE WORK AREA INDICATES SUITE # 100? 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 2) THE COVERSHEET / CODE ANALYSIS:
  
 2A) HEADING GOVERNING CODES LIST THE 2017 FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE. PLEASE NOTE THE 7TH EDITION OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 2020 WAS ADOPTED STATEWIDE ON

 2F) HEADING VIII OCCUPANT LOAD. PLEASE NOTE IN THE 2017
 FBC-B THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR FROM TABLE 1004.1.2 WAS
 FOR A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY WAS 100 BUT UNDER THE 2020
 FBC-BUILDING CODE FOR BUSINESS OCCUPANCY AND IN TABLE
 1004.5 THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR IS 150. PLEASE ALSO
 REVIEW SECTION 1004.8 CONCENTRATED BUSINESS USE AREAS.

 3A) THE REAR EXIT, EXIT # 2 EXITS DIRECTLY TO THE
 EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. THE FRONT STAIR, STAIR # 1 IS
 A INTERIOR EXIT STAIRWAY THAT DOES NOT LEAD DIRECTLY TO
 THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. SECTION 1028 EXIT
 DISCHARGE DOES LIST EXCEPTIONS, EXCEPTIONS 1 & 2 SHALL
 NOT EXCEED 50 PER CENT OF THE NUMBER AND MINIMUM WIDTH
 OR REQUIRED CAPACITY OF THE REQUIRED EXITS.

 REPORT FOR SHIELDING REQUIREMENTS. THIS REPORT NOT
 INCLUDED IN THIS REVIEW. THE REPORT SHOULD HAVE THE
 DESIGNER SHOP DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL BEFORE
 SUBMITTING TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. 2020 FBC-B

 INSWING DOOR INTO THE RESTROOMS AND CROSSING OVER THE

 CODE. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 603.2.3. DOORS SHALL NOT
 SWING INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OR CLEARANCES REQUIRED
 FOR ANY FIXTURE. DOORS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO SWING INTO
 THE REQUIRED TURNING SPACE. PLEASE SEE EXCEPTION 2.
 WHERE TOILET ROOMS ARE FOR INDIVIDUAL USE AND A CLEAR
 FLOORS SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305.3 IS PROVIDED WITHIN
 THE ROOM BEYOND THE ARC OF THE DOOR SWING. WHAT IS
 MISSING IS THE REQUIRED 30X48 INCH CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
