 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A-1 SHOWS THE REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT OF (2)
 SLIDING DOORS AND (3) WINDOW OPENINGS, ONE WINDOW WITH
 A VERTICAL MULLION. THERE IS A KEY FLOOR PLAN SHOWING
 THIS IS AN END UNIT IN A WALL ZONE 5. THE PLAN STATES
 HE WORST CASE ZONE 5 ALL OPENINGS WINDOWS AND DOORS AND
 LIST +60.7/ - 106.9 PSF. THE PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE IF
 THESE PRESSURES ARE IN VULT OR VASD. THE PLAN ALSO
 FAILS TO INDICATE HOW THESE PRESSURES WERE DERIVED.
 2020 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 1.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.
  
 1.2. RISK CATEGORY.
  
 1.3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE
 THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED. TABLE 1609.7.2.
 HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE. ASCE 7-16 TABLE 30.3.1.
  
 1.4. APPLICABLE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.

 BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBLE FOR
 THE DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE, PSF.

 EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE

 PSF. WHEN VIEWING EACH OPENING THE 3 WINDOWS ARE SHOWN
 TO BE +80/ -196.5 PSF AND THE SLIDING DOORS BOTH WITH A
 PRESSURE OF +73.3/ -115 PSF. THEN IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM
 HERE IS A SECOND SET OF PRESSURES +65.9/ -120.8 PSF.
 DISCREPANCY IN PRESSURES. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) IN DETERMINING WALL ZONE 5, A= 10% OF LEAST
 HORIZONTAL DIMENSION OR 40 % OF THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT,
 WHICHEVER IS SMALLER, BUT NOT LESS THAN 4% OF THE LEAST
 HORIZONTAL DIMENSION. ASCE 7-16 CHAPTER 30 COMPONENTS
 AND CLADDING.
  
 4) PLEASE NOTE THAT MIAMI-DADE NOA 20-0722.20 360
 ALUMINUM SINGLE HUNG WINDOW LMI WAS SUBMITTED TWICE, NO
 PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE SLIDING GLASS
 DOORS.

 SUB-CATEGORY OF PRODUCTS OR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS THAT
 WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT APPROVALS:

 DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, TYPE OF GLAZING,
 TRACK HEIGHT FOR SLIDING GLASS DOORS, MULLION SIZE,
 LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED INFORMATION IF
 REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH
 OPENING SIZE. 2020 FBC-B 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION.
 WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND
 SPACING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND
 SHALL BE CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING
 USED IN THE TESTS.

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
