 1- THE PROPOSED ADDITION IS GOING TO BE BUILT IN A AE
 FLOOD ZONE WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE) OF 6 FEET
 BASED ON NAVD 88.
 THE PROPOSED ADDITION IS CONSIDERED A SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENT. THE ADDITION AND THE EXISTING HOUSE SHALL
 HAVE THE LOWEST FLOOR FINISHED ELEVATION ELEVATED TO OR
 ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION PLUS TWO FEET.
 THEREFORE, THE MIN. REQUIRED FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION

 WINDOW EGRESS CLEAR OPENINGS, INCLUDING CLEAR WIDTH
 OPENING.

 EXISTING FOUNDATION OF 12" WIDE BY 24" DEEP FOOTING.
 THIS FOOTING TYPE AND SIZE IS NOT COMMON IN THIS AREA.
 ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO SPECIFY IF THIS FOOTING SIZE WAS
 FIELD VERIFIED. PROVIDE COMPLETE FOOTING SPECIFICATIONS
