 1) BOTH THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND THE SET OF PLANS
 INDICATE WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED IN B01, B03 & B04
 UNITS. THE SUITES HAVE HAD TENANT ADDRESSES ASSIGNED TO
 THEM, PLEASE USE THESE ADDRESSES FOR FUTURE REFERENCES
 ON THE PLANS.
 2020 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
 CITY MUNI CODE SEC.78-6 (1-7) (2) LOCATION, BUILDINGS
 CONTAINING MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS. ALL ADDRESSES SHALL
 BE POSTED ON THAT PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE FRONTING OR
 FACING UPON THE STREET OR PRINCIPAL VEHICULAR ACCESS TO
 THE PREMISES, SO AS TO BE READILY VISIBLE TO

 UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER OF THE SHEET THE HEADING IS FOR
 TENANT B01. IS THIS SHEET FOR ALL 3 TENANTS OR FOR
 TENANT B01? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2B) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN STATES THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS
 MERCANTILE. FURTHER DOWN THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS DECLARED
 FOR ALL 3 TENANT SPACES, B1- N/A, BOTH B03 AND B04 AS
 MERCANTILE. PLEASE SEE SECTION 304.1 IN THE 2020
 FBC-BUILDING CODE. BOTH BARBER AND BEAUTY SHOPS ARE
 CLASSIFIED AS BUSINESS OCCUPANCIES. PLEASE UPDATE THE
 PLAN. SINCE TENANT SPACE B-01IS UNDECLARED OCCUPANCY /
 SHELL SPACE WOULDN?T B04 NOW DO THE SAME SINCE THERE IS
 NO TENANT FIT UP AS PART OF THIS PERMIT AND NOT A
 DECLARED OCCUPANCY TYPE?
  
 2C) THE DEMOLITION PLAN DOES NOT DECLARE WHAT TYPE OF
 OCCUPANCY B3 WAS? MOST LIKELY IT WAS A MERCANTILE
 OCCUPANCY AND IF SO THEN THE BEAUTY SHOP MOVING INTO
 THE NEW TENANT SPACE B03 WOULD BE A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY
 AND THE PLANS WOULD NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 2020 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE( NOT LISTED UNDER
 APPLICABLE CODES) AND SECTION 1001.2.2.1 BUILDINGS

 2D) PLEASE ALSO NOTE A CHANGE IN THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING
 FOR BUSINESS OCCUPANCIES SEE TABLE 1004.5. THE
 OCCUPANCY LOAD FACTOR IS NO LONGER 100 SQ. FT. BUT NOW

 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB
 BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL
 POSITION, 33 INCHES MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING
 SURFACE, NOT CENTERLINE.
  
 3B) THE TOILET PAPER DISPENSER IS NOT DIMENSIONED FROM

 3D) TOILET ROOM DOORS. 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 FIGURE 604.8.1.6 SHOWS AN OUTSWING DOOR. DOORS SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO SWING INTO THE REQUIRED TURNING SPACE.
 PLEASE SEE EXCEPTION 2. WHERE TOILET ROOMS ARE FOR
 INDIVIDUAL USE AND A CLEAR FLOORS SPACE COMPLYING WITH
 305.3 IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE ROOM BEYOND THE ARC OF THE
 DOOR SWING. WHAT IS MISSING IS THE REQUIRED 30X48 INCH
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE BEYOND THE ARC OF THE DOOR. USUALLY
 AT A 45% ANGLE TO THE DOOR ENTRANCE.
  
 3E) SHEET A101 DOES NOT INDICATE A HIGH LOW WATER
 FOUNTAIN. DRINKING FOUNTAINS. 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE. 211.2 MINIMUM NUMBER. NO FEWER THAN TWO DRINKING
 FOUNTAINS SHALL BE PROVIDED. ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.1 THROUGH 602.6 AND ONE DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.7.
  
 3F) PROTRUDING OBJECTS 307.2 PROTRUSION LIMITS 307.2.
 OBJECTS WITH LEADING EDGES MORE THAN 27 INCHES AND NOT

 DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL) BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD

 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 8) 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF
 THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
