 THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
 1. ALL WINDOW REPLACEMENT WORK REQUIRES TO FOLLOW THE
 WINDOW PERMIT APPLICATION EXAMPLE. THIS DOCUMENT HAS
 BEEN REVISED. PLEASE EMAIL STAFF AT [email protected]
 TO REQUEST THE EXAMPLE. AT MINIMUM, STAFF NEEDS TO KNOW
 THE EXISTING WINDOWS AND THE PROPOSED WINDOWS -
 MATERIAL, EXTERIOR FRAME COLOR, GLASS GLAZING, LITE
 PATTERN, MUNTIN PROFILE AND MULLION WIDTH. A PHOTO OF
 EACH ELEVATION WITH EACH WINDOW MARKED AND CLEARLY
 VISIBLE. IF SHUTTERS OR SIMILAR VISUAL OBSTRUCTION
 EXISTS, MULTIPLE PHOTOS MAY BE REQUIRED.
 2. REVISE LINE 400, 500, AND 600 TO MATCH THE EXISTING
 CONFIGURATION WITH 3 SASH WINDOWS AND MATCHING MULLION
 WIDTH. THE MULLION IS LIKELY 2-INCHES WIDE. A REVEAL
 FOR THE MULLION MAY BE REQUIRED. INDICATE IF THE
 EXISTING CONDITION EXTENDS BEYOND THE FRONT FACE OF THE
 WINDOWS.
 3. INDICATE LITE PATTERN PROFILE AND FRAME COLOR. A
 HORIZONTAL 2/2 LITE PATTERN WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CONFIRM THAT
 THE PROPOSED PRODUCT(S) WILL COMPLY WITH THESE
 CONDITIONS.
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY.
